I had originally contacted this company based on other online references and location. Owner was prompt in his response and arranged to visit my house to assess my needs. We went over plans for my addition to a cottage. He said he would work on the numbers with his subs. He contacted me that he figured the cost would run about $21, 500, which was in range and about what I had been told. He asked for 3 days to prepare formal quote and contract. This deadline came and went with no reply to numerous texts, phone calls and emails. He eventually reached out twice, promising to contact me at a certain time----he never kept his word. I eventually received a letter explaining personal issues (which I was very sympathetic too) and his admitted embarrassment to his quote being off by "..30%..."......still he did not reach out and call me. I responded that i understood and that had he reached out to me via phone or in person we'd have worked through the cost issues. But his complete ignoring of all contact was unacceptable and unprofessional. I asked that he return my drawings....he said he would "in short order"......3 weeks have gone by and nothing yet. Overall, he seemed a nice enough person, but as a money paying consumer and homeowner I felt obligated to warn anyone who might deal with him. This was not a good experience. I would strongly advise not to use.
