 + -1 moreJim Riolo came over to assess the situation and to see whether a roof leak may have been the cause. When he determined that a roof leak was not the cause, (and that therefore his company was not the appropriate company to fix the problem), he explained what other possible causes there were. He was quite knowledgeable, and extremely honest and helpful ! (and this ended up saving me a lot of money). So I highly recommend this company, because it is professional and has integrity.
