He said I needed a new sealer on my dishwasher. It would take two days for him to get the part and he said he would call me to come install it. After 5 days I called him to check in and he said he would come by the same day at noon. He never showed up and has not returned any of my calls.

Called them on Sat. Aug 10th because the fridge stopped cooling on Friday night and they had somebody out there the same day however didn't give us a time said he would call when on his way but didn't do that either. Took a look at the fridge and said the problem was a defective temperature control said the total charge to fix it would be $326.10 so we paid him and he said he would be back on Tues. with the part. He came back as promised installed the part and said it will take about 24 hours for it to get back to the correct temp. and stay there. We waited 2 days and it still did not get cold enough to freeze anything, called on Thursday morning no response, called 3 times on Friday as well as emailed them with no response. We are now exactly where we started with another repair man on the way.
