Richard Durso and his crew are knowledgeable, personable and very competent. Quite simply, they know what they're doing! I had an antiquated analog surround sound system that was state of the art at the time of its initial installation. I contacted my original contractor to upgrade to digital and it was so cost prohibitive. I met with Richard and he simplified my system by eliminating outdated technology and utilizing some of my components and speakers at a very economical price. He even retro-fitted my new flat screen TV into the space where my prior rear projection TV was. He turned 30+ connections of wire into a few simple wires. The sound quality is incredible and the multi-function remote he set-up operates the system with the touch of a button (which is great for my wife who likes one remote control). His post-installation service and support is equal to the high quality of his installation. I cannot say enough to praise Richard and his crew on a job well-done. Since that install a couple of years ago, I have had him back to set-up of recordable surveillance camera system. Don't fool yourself with the inexpensive systems out there, do it right with Richard and AAAV.
