. We contracted to have my old lawn removed, and new sod installed. They came and sprayed poison to kill the old lawn. They plan was in two weeks they would come back to remove the dead lawn and install the new lawn. There were rain delays that were understandable. But for six weeks my lawn was dead. They were careless with the poison and killed 50 sq. feet of my neighbor?s lawn that I had to replace. My HOA wrote me a letter threatening to fine me. I advised this to AAA sod and they said they usual write a letter and the HOA wont fine me. That should have been warning enough. I was promised to have the new sod installed four times over the next several weeks .Finally, It was the week before memorial day and I was expecting company for the holiday. Still no Sod. Every day that week I was told the new sod would be installed and it was not. The Friday of that week they again promised and also failed to install. I called that afternoon and asked if they could just deliver the sod Saturday and I would install it myself. they again promised me that they would have installers their on Saturday. Two young men showed up to install the sod. They were very polite, but it was obvious they did not know what they were doing. I spent several hours after they left repositioning the sod. I should say placing the sod. They dropped it into place previously. If they could have just told me when they were going to do the job and do it. But the continued promising and failing to show up was rude and inconsiderate. I made so many scheduling changes to accommodate them for nothing. I was very disappointed in the service I received. to be fair, the price was good. They were all very polite and professional
