An absolutely overall easy and efficient experience. I like when I feel that a business is looking out for my best interest and this was undoubtedly the experience with this company from the set up of the appointment to the final charge at the end. The service provider arrived promptly, was professional, identified the problem, fixed it on the spot, and UNDER charged me since the problem was only a disconnection. The company also graciously accepted the Angie's List coupon that was advertised with no hidden agenda. This is the second time I have used this company. I am keeping their name in my back pocket because they are, above all, trustworthy and fair.

I asked when I called the hourly price of repair. I was told they didn't have an hourly price. It was $75 to come out and give an estimate, if I used them the $75 would be applied to the $125 service fee. This was the fee no matter how long they were here. They ended up charging me $135, for $10 I let it go. They fixed the light but had to order a new ice maker. They called and quoted me $278 for the ice maker, but the good new was I would not have any more service fees. They came an hour past the window I was given, installed the ice maker and then presented me with a bill of $299.95 for the ice maker and another $50 service charge. I told the repairman that that was not what I was quoted, he called the office talked to them, hung up and told me I would have to call the office, because that was the charge and he had no idea who told me that. I asked him why he didn't let me talk to them when he was on the phone with them, he then became very arrogant. I told him to take out the ice maker and leave. I would never use this company again.

He was punctual, professional and pleasant . I would use AAA agin in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

Called on a Friday. Was able to schedule appointment for Monday morning. They arrived promptly and replaced the parts.

The service call was $75 which was then credited toward the repair. The part was ordered and installed within 4 days. Serviceman was prompt and pleasant and NEAT.

Matt came out to our home on a Saturday and gave us a quote of $300 to replace motor, but suggested we just buy a new washer. Showed us that motor was burning out and becoming dangerously hot. We were very pleased with his honesty and promptly bought a new washer for $325 at BrandsMart. He was very professional and on time. Wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

I called on a Thursday & they sent a technician, Angelo, on the same day. Angelo diagnosed the repair needed promptly & the part was ordered that day. My request was to have this part installed before the weekend!, They honored that request & my dishwasher was repaired on Friday, by Angelo. Price was little high, but I got excellent service promptly & professionally immediately. Would definitely call them again.

UPDATED: The manager, Steven, called me after I published my review posting on Angie's List to express regret at the pricing issues I had and requested to make things right. I appreciated the manager's call-back and the explanation of what went wrong and what could be improved at AAA Appliance Service. They are interested in their customers' experience and strive to make things right. I will continue to use AAA Appliance Service and am satisfied with the outcome.

the washing machine stopped working. Wife called them - they came like they said they would. THey looked at it and told her that we had to replace the machine. not their fault that the machine needed to be replaced but the $75 hurt a little.

I can't remember all of the details. It was fixed and has stayed fixed. Cheaper than buying a new one. I would use this service again.

They were very, very good. They were there for four hours and charged us only $88. They deserve to be recommended.

Very well. Technician was called directly as I had used them before. I asked him if he was on Angies' list, so I may have gotten a better price break' I was charges $ 49.95 for the motor coupler $125.00 labor

The repairman was on time. When I explained the problem, he knew the required repair right away. I would not hesitate to use their service again.

The technician diagnosed it as a faulty control board so I paid $370 (cost and labor) for a new one. Two days later, same problem. Thinking it was a faulty replacement part, they put in another one. Several days later, the fridge went out again and now my frozen food was defrosting. (Unfortunately it was the labor day holiday weekend and the company was closed until Tuesday). Even though the fridge was a Whirlpool Gold top of the line model, it was 10 years old, so rather than deal with any more problems I bought a new one. I called AAA and they were sympathetic and agreed the odds of two new control boards both being defective were slim so the problem might lie elsewhere.. Rather than continue with more service calls, I requested that they put my original control board back in and refund me the cost of the new one, which they promptly did. (Ironically my original control board worked for several days and failed just as my new refrigerator was being delivered). My only cost wound up being $75 for the original service call, even though poor Eli had to come back at least four times to try and fix the problem. I was impressed (as always) with their courteous staff and technicians, timely service and prompt refund of the total $370 I'd paid. The honesty and integrity of this company is worth a high recommendation.

The repairman was kind and explained everything to me. I showed him another thing wrong and he fixed and added the extra cost. I asked if it was worth fixing or buy a new one and he recommended fixing for the cost of a new refrigerator my style.

Their service charge was very expensive so I decided not to use them. They were very nice and professional though. They also said the part would cost over $200.

The service was prompt and proficient but I might look for someone that isn't so expensive in the future..

I called and the tech was prompt the next day. He analyzed the problem but did not have the switch needed to repair. I paid 75.00 for the service call and he indicated that the part would be ordered and and i would be called to have it installed. i was called the next day saying the part was in. The quoted price was 90.00 for parts and 140.00 for labor. i objected and stated it was about a15. minute job and the previous tech said i would have a free service call. I ordered the part online for 45.00 and changed the switch in about 15 minutes.

When I called AAA, they said there would be a charge of $75 to come. I said that I thought that was too steep. They said that the $75 includes labor but not parts, so I said to send someone. The repair man came promptly at the specified time, and competently cleaned out the clogged drain. Although the entire work was labor, I was charged both the $75 and an additional $50 for the labor performed. When I complained, they said that this was the way it had to be. I will not use them again. There are other repair services who are just as prompt and professional but who do not mislead about prices. The charge was excessive.

His pricing was more than fair. He was prompt and he showed me how to change the water purification processor. He was very responsive and prompt. He told me what the problem was and if I wanted the work done. Since I had the work done I was not charged the service call. I was lucky in that respect and I needed it fixed and that they were good. I will use him again.

The first repairmen called on Dec 7, and misdiagnosed the problem. He stated that the washer needed a tensioner pulley and belt. If he had done a thorough job, he would have diagnosed a bad transmission. If a washer has a bad transmission it is not worth repairing. Of course, if I had known that I would not have agreed to the repair. He did not have the part in stock, and so scheduled another visit. On the day of the second visit the office called me to say that they had ordered the wrong part, and cancelled the visit. They did not bother to apologize for the inconvenience, or for their mistake. They came with the correct part on Dec 17, and made a totally useless repair. The washer worked for one day, and then stopped working. The second repairman correctly diagnosed a bad transmission, and stated that the machine was not worth repairing. I contacted the office and requested a full refund. They refused, and acted as though they were not responsible for their employee's mistake. I cannot judge people for making a mistake. I do judge them on the way that they handle their mistake. They refused to acknowledge that they should accecpt responsibility for their repairman's failure to correctly diagnose the problem. I asked them for a full refund. They refused. They could have earned a customer for life for the cost of a $213 refund. Now, I will not use AAA Appliance Service again.

He assured me I should still get a couple of years from the machine, in spite of its age.day
