This process went smoothly. The tech mission came and was professional and had me going in about 45 minutes. It was shocking to see the vast amount of lint that had accumulated inside the dryer. I will be calling AAA for this service yearly.

It only took repairman 15 minutes to replace and repair. Thought the labor price was high for 15 minutes of time.

Visit 1: Assessed the issue with my water/ice dispenser on refrigerator. Determined it was the valve. Valve was ordered by office and next appointment scheduled. Visit 2: Replaced the valve. This did not resolve the issue. Continued to troubleshoot. Determined the line within the door itself was frozen. Suggested (a) unplugging the unit until completely warm and hoping this fixed the line or (b) replacing the line in the door for about $25. I chose b, who has time for a?!! Here's where it completely breaks down. The tech advised he would notify the office of the parts needed and they would obtain the parts and schedule a third visit. I waited 4 days and then called them. They had no idea what was going on with parts and had to call me back the next morning. They never called. I called them 3 days later. After being on hold for several minutes, a man gets on the line and tells me that they cannot order the water line part, instead they want to replace the entire door for $600 or so. The unit is 6-7 years old. This makes zero sense. Bottom line is they dropped the ball and left me hanging and that level of customer service isn't needed in my life. *On a good note: The tech was actually very pleasant. ******* 4/1/16 Update - I am upgrading this company to a C. They did reach out to me and thoroughly explain the breakdown and refunded $160.

They did a good job. My experience was great. They were very friendly, very quick and very efficient.

The service guy was great, he knew immediately what it was and had the part on the truck that was needed to fix it. The only drawback was the price, despite my Angie's list deal it still ended up costing me an additional $253 for parts and labor. The labor alone was $150 for a job that literally took 15 minutes. I just think the labor charges are a bit steep and would shop around next time before just calling these guys. No reflection on the service person, he was great and I have no complaints about him, just their pricing.

I was glad I didn't have to buy another washing machine.

Provider quickly diagnosed that the water supply valve to the dishwater was partially closed and opened it. I was charged $75 for this. I was initially charged $50 for a diagnostic on the garbage disposal because there was a link from the sink. There was no leak when they showed up but I was still charged. After reading a poor review, they followed up and issued a refund for this portion.

We placed a service call with this company early in the morning and indicated it was an emergency because our refrigerator stopped working. A technician was dispatched the same day within the agreed-upon timeframe; and he even called us as instructed to let us know he was on the way. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot without extra charge. He was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. We would not hesitate calling this company again for appliance repairs.

they came out very quickly after I called to diagnose the washer. I was told a part was needed and so being it was Friday they could not get the part until Monday. I was told my repair would be completed day or Tuesday. It is monday afternoon and I dos not hear from so I called. The part is not in and I am informed it won't arrive until at least three pm tomorrow so service will not be until Wednesday. Given that I would have gotten a new washer instead of waiting a week for a fix that costs 250

$75 for visit... No Serial #, unreadable for parts... Stove not repaired... Recommended where to find new stove... Very professional and efficient serviceman..

The very professional technician diagnosed the problem after several tests and then proceeded to install a new fuse. We called the company and got service the next day.

The technician that came out, Christian was very professional and helpful: however, there was a billing issue that I haven't been able to work out with the provider. We have used them many times and have never had a problem. On this occasion we purchased a big deal for a service call and credit towards the repair. I ended up paying them $149.00 but they failed to take the $75.00 credit off the bill. When I contacted their office regarding this, I was told that they had taken the $75.00 off and that the extra charge was for parts. They should have taken the big deal amount off of the invoice that they gave me after the service were completed.

So pleased with this service. Called in the morning needing my washing machine to be repaired. An appointment was made at a convenient time to me. Karl arrived on time, went right to the task of diagnosing the problem and fixed it . Karl was efficient, very pleasant and knowledgeable .

Went very smoothly. Very professional company. Left the home clean and tidy. Used service based upon recommendations from other care takers in the area and they did not disappoint.

After checking out my washing machine which was an expensive Samsung front loader , and only 4 years old, the technician told me that the drum was broken. The fabric soften,er also did not dispense, and has stopped after the first year of purchase. It was going to cost about $500-600 to repair, and so the recommendation was to get a new machine.

This was the second time this company has serviced our refrigerator, and both repairs were well done. The technician arrived on time. He already had an idea of what was wrong, based on our description over the phone of the problem. He had the necessary part with him, and accomplished the repair in less than an hour. We were very impressed.

Turns out the part was very old. They went above and beyond, digging through their parts for me and gave it to me free of charge.

Not good. The technician was only there about 10 minutes and misdiagnosed the problem. He never provided me with a receipt and I had to call several times the next day to actually find out what the problem was.

The technician was great. Very professional and friendly. He got the repair done quickly and it was apparent he knew what he was doing. He was clear that I most likely had a clogged dryer vent, so it would need to be cleaned or the new thermostat warranty would be invalid. I had requested that they arrive by 1:00 PM when I made the appointment. They confirmed that this would be fine. Unfortunately they were at least an hour late because of other earlier appointments running longer than anticipated. Luckily this was not a problem for me, but it would have been better if they would have called me prior to 1:00 PM to let me know the technician was running behind schedule. I called them when he was 15 minutes late, because I wanted to be sure he was going to show up before I had to leave for an appointment later that afternoon. In any event, I think it's a good company and I would use them again if another large appliance breaks down. They were running a special, so even though the cost of the repair was $200 approximately (part and labor), it was discounted to about $125 since I prepaid the service call through Angies List.

They were very competitive In fact, they beat another company by $100, and their service people are very nice. One of the young that works there just can't do enough for you.

Wow! What a nice surprise. They arrived on time. Took great care in moving the items and handled an unforeseen problem by calling another tech to help. I have never had a better appliance service experience. Everyone involved appeared to really enjoy their work.

The dryer hose was installed. My dryer is working beautifully.
