Description of Work: Stove repair-went fine

Description of Work: Repaired clothes dryer. Service man polite,professional,knowledgable. Very satisfied with service.

Description of Work: No repair was required - freezer had an ice jam that was hindering proper performance. Technician melted ice jam and fully tested icemaker and freezer operation. |Note - I bought a regular appliance call coupon which was not applicable because I have a high end unit which has a higher fee. It would have been nice if I could have applied the online discount towards this higher fee. As it is, I'm stuck with the regular discount and await a problem with another appliance.

Description of Work: Did $75 Deal for appliance diagnostic. Dishwasher motor was bad and needed to be replaced. Would have given all "A" ratings, but their communication was very poor. I was in a time crunch needing to go out of town in a few days. The diagnostic was done Thursday, the day after I called--great. Technician told me they would call with an estimate in two hours. After that time passed, I called them and was told it usually takes a day or two from the parts department. I explained my time crunch and they said they would check and call back. Didn't happen. I called the next day (Friday) and was given the estimate. Asked if it could be done Monday before I went out of town. Was told they would try. As of Monday morning hadn't heard from them. Called and was told technician would be there in half an hour. So ultimately they met my deadline. But they should have been proactive communicating, rather than me having to call them multiple times. Price seemed a little high for a motor and 45 minutes labor, but I was basically committed since I already paid the $75 for the diagnostic (which was applied to the total of $370).

Description of Work: Fix my refrigerator. Had error message and ice was forming inside. Quickly figure out what was wrong and replaced part. Also thawed out all ice that was in fridge. Has been working perfect since then.

Description of Work: Who ever answered the phone was very rude!!!! I was going to complain to the owner, but, evidently she is the wife of the owner!!! Found another company who was very nice and eager to do the work.

Description of Work: They replaced igniter in my oven. The service rep who came was polite, professional and ultimately the job was done and we have working stove. However the individals who take the appointments are rude, we asked for am for both appointments and he showed up at dinner both times. The price seemed fair based on research. I would probably give another company a try next time. Working full time with kids, we don't have the luxury to wait around all day despite agreed upon times.
