Description of Work: Determined that the washing machine pump had temporarily sucked in a foreign object, but seemed to clear and the machine was then operating properly. Spent thirty minutes testing machine to be certain that the problem had cleared and no other problems were evident.

Description of Work: They were called to put my ice-maker/ice water system back in order on the refrigerator. They came promptly and finished quickily at a reasonable. I asked about repair of my built-in microwave, but the employee even suggested I get a new one, which saved me money vs. a repair, which would have made the company more money. OH
