A PLUS PRESSURE CLEANING AND PAINTING

Do not use this company! We agreed that they would pressure clean our roof and use no chemicals; specifically chlorine, as we were concerned with potential damage to vegetation. Much to my dismay, i went outside when I smelled chlorine and confronted the worker who told me they always use chlorine. I made them stop immediately and have since contacted the owner who after many attempts, has not returned my calls. This was a horrible experience and they don't want to own up to their mistake.

We have used Aplus before with nothing but the best results. However, having just joined Angie's list I called several companies to get quotes for the job. Three companies with excellent reviews quoted me prices between $300-$400 just for the roof. I returned to APlus and their quote was 30% less than the others. They scheduled me in a timely manner, called to confirm the appointment the night before and were right on time for the scheduled appointment. They arrived with a two man team and were finished with the roof, walls and balcony in under 2 hours. They were hard working and courteous and did a fantastic job. I will not hesitate to call them in the future.

HORRENDOUS!!! WORST PAINTER/PRESSURE CLEANER COMPANY EVER!!!!!! PAID FOR BENJAMIN MOORE PAINT AND HE PULLED A FAST ONE USING CHEAPER SHERWIN WILLIAMS BUT IN BENJAMIN MOORE COLORS. DID NOT FINISH THE JOB. WOULDN'T RETURN PHONE CALLS. PAINTERS WENT THROUGH MY PERSONAL STUFF IN GARAGE AND ATE/DRANK FROM GARAGE FRIDGE WITHOUT ASKING. CLEANED PAINT ROLLERS OUT ON MY FRONT LAWN RUINING GRASS AND HEDGE. WORKERS TRYING TO GET SIDE JOBS WITH ME FOR ELECTRIC AND PLUMBING AND THEY ARE NOT LICENSED FOR SUCH. I HAVE HAD A GOOD AMOUNT OF EXPERIENCE WITH PAINTERS AT OTHER PROPERTIES OWNED AND NE ER HAD SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE. COST ME MORE MONEY TO HAVE ANOTHER PAINT COMPANY COME IN A CLEAN UP THE MESS, BUY ADDITIONAL PAINT AND FINISH. OWNER IS UNPROFESSIONAL. READ OTHER BAD REVIEWS LISTED ON HIM ON THIS SITE. HE IS NOT EVER PRESENT AT JOB SITE. ON A SCALE OF 1 to 10 , AND 10 BEING THE WORST, THEY ARE AN 11.

All employees were professional and friendly. In addition to the dirty roof, etc. I had a lot of weeds growing up through the pavers everywhere. When I asked if they would come up with the cleaning, I was told most likely not. I decided to use this company anyway, based on price and their courteousness, as well as the other positive information I found when I researched the company on various sites. To my surprise, when they were finished, all of the weeds on the pool deck and almost all of the weeds on the driveway and sidewalks were gone! These people are great! The price was extremely good and they did a fantastic job. My roof looks brand new and the rest looks really good. I would highly recommend them. So much so that I not only used them on my mother's house in Tamarac, but I asked for business cards which I gave to various neighbors who needed similar work done.

They arrived on time with 2 workers. They went over and above what they were scheduled to do. They pressure washed the roof, driveway, walkway, entry, patio, screen enclosure. They were curtious and professional. They did an incredibly great job.

The initial job that they did was good. However I am extremely disappointed in the lack of responsibility they are showing with this problem. They could at least come look at it even if there is nothing to be done. I would like the issue to be acknowledged.

The workmen arrived right on schedule, and completed work in time committed. I was given a detailed invoice stating work to be done, and price before they started. The did a good job, better than previous company had done last year.

The workmen arrived a little early and showed me the invoice before beginning. I reminded them about not using chlorine near my awning and they showed me that it had already noted on the invoice. They worked thoroughly and efficiently. They marked my invoice paid at my request and were on their way leaving nothing behind but a bright white roof much to the delight of my HOA.
