 + -1 moreThis financial institution is okay. I used to have a career in this field. I think that sometimes they can fail to communicate when they do not tell you what you are making. I guess it is their goal to get customers to invest money wisely. I Think on that level, they do their job. I am planning on working with them at least until I die. It is my understanding that they are paid according to commissions that are made. I am not totally clear on how it is they make money. Again, that is communication lacking at times. Overall, I will say they are very good. There are times they could be slightly more informative or explain things a little better. I think for the most part I am satisfied and yes, I would recommend them to others. It is never too early to think about the future.
Description of Work: They handle my annuities and my social security, which is currently my highest source of income. They act as my registered brokerage service. They also work with me one on one to determine my situation, make assessments, give me recommendations, and create portfolios for me. These portfolios each have a lot of options and they help me decide how to invest in these options. Then, I invest money in companies that are balanced, meaning they are not too risky.
