I would recommend to anyone who has no concern for schedule. If time of completion and keeping a schedule is of no concern I recommend Sims.

In 2017 Ray Sims replaced a 1000sqft driveway for me. After about six months cracks began to form throughout. He said there must have been an issue with the concrete and should be checked. He would not return my calls after that. In three years the cracks are much worse and good size chips are coming out. Buyer beware.

Outstanding

Ray poured a 30'x50' concrete slab for me in Palm Bay. He did a great job working around the rain (hard to do in the summer in Florida). He also did a great job helping fix issues I had that were out of his control (such as excessive erosion of my fill and ditches that looked like swamps). Very happy with the work, price, and always prompt replies. I would recommend him to anyone, and will be using him again myself for the driveways.
