Terriable company , they promise the world to you and state they have all of their own in house people that build the house, THIS IS 100% incorrect . they use the cheapest sub contractors they can find who do not care about the product at all and skimp on all material . They blame everything on everyone else and in the end it comes back on you and your house. We were yelled at by the contractors for questioning them about their work as it was not up to contractor par or regulations per our city. I would go with numerous other builders besides them. They are great in the first few months and then its all down hill. Go seek out homeowners who have had lifestyle homes build their home and speak to them directly to get the real deal on them.

This was my husband and I’s first time building a house and we absolutely loved our experience with Lifestyle. Everyone that we worked with was wonderful! From the beginning of the process to the end we truly felt like part of the lifestyle family. We are in love with our new home and the quality is superb! Absolutely recommend Lifestyle to build your forever home.

When we decided to build a new house we asked friends who they would recommend and the overwhelming response was "Lifestyle homes" (some of our friends had homes build by Lifestyle) the experience wasn't without some frustrating moments due to building in the middle of COVID but the end product was well worth waiting for. The whole team at lifestyle cares about you and producing a quality building. If I was to do it again I would definitely go with lifestyle and our fabulous superintendent Russ Hutchinson.

Hideous experience with Lifestyle Homes. Horrible workmanship, horrible customer service, and we were left with an awfully finished home.

My wife and I considered a number of builders, but after visiting their homes and comparing to Lifestyle it was a no brainer. The Lifestyle homes are far better quality and more energy efficient. A little pricier, but you get what you pay for. Due to Covid and building supply issues it took longer that we would have liked, but we are moved in now and very happy with our new home. Stay as far away from this trash company as you can. Extremely unprofessional staff and they give you a hideous end product with no care at all. Horror stories from every owner in our Valencia Subdivision.

LifeStyle Homes is an extraordinary home builder -- if you care at all about the energy efficiency of your home and the quality of the construction, you cannot afford to overlook this company. They built the first net zero energy home in Brevard County, and we can personally attest to the energy efficiency of that product -- for many months of the year, we produce more energy than we use, thereby earning energy credits for those months when we use a higher amount of electricity. Additionally, the quality of construction was excellent, and any problems we encountered were addressed immediately by Tom Dutton, our construction supervisor. The entire LifeStyle Homes staff, from start to finish, was friendly, accessible, knowledgeable, and professional. As a result of their expertise, we ended up with an extremely well-built, energy-efficient home at an affordable price. There's a very good reason why this company has won multiple awards and was chosen by Extreme Makeover Home Edition to do the build in Brevard County!

I highly recommend Lifestyle. The super on our house was Carl, and he was always very professional and always answered his cell phone when we called. The house is top quality and super energy efficient. We had a raccoon in the attic months after moving in and Lifestyle paid a ton of money to have the insulation removed, have it cleaned, and blow in new insulation. That's a builder who is serious about taking care of their people. Overall, a wonderful group of people and a great, customized house.

I have never dealt with such a nice group of people. I dealt with Jake and he was especially good. They are very family oriented. They were great with communicating with me during the whole process. They were extremely honest and kept their word. I would highly recommend this company.
