Ordered replacement windows from Coleman Glass since they came highly recommended when I replaced the windshield on my van a couple of years ago. They did an excellent job! Their price was fair and their service was exemplary. Upon installation, the installer and I noticed two windows which were scratched inside the insulated glass. He ordered replacements and came out and reinstalled a few weeks later after they were ordered. Then the second time around, the installer noticed a scratch on the outside of the glass and said he would call it in so he could come out again and buff it out. He couldn't at that time because he said he didn't have the equipment on the truck. He came out a couple of weeks later as promised and buffed out the glass. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to replace their window glass on their car or house.

It went wonderful. They came out right away. Two gentlemen came out and replaced the glass. Great customer service and accommodating. They closed our hurricane shutters for us while they were up there to protect the windows from any future breakage.

They arrived on time, put in the new mirror, cleaned it wonderfully, and recommended how I take care of it. All the work was done at my home. I would recommend them.

They did a great job. They were responsive to every question I had and worked with my schedule. They were on time and were great in the home. I would very easily use them again as they did a great job.

It took about a week to get the glass in. The installers came out and were done in less than 2 hours. It looks great. It was about $450 cheaper than the quote I received from "The Glass Guy", and was for the same specs and parts. I did have a $200 angies list coupon that helped contribute to the cost savings. I would recommend Coleman. They were timely and professional.

Showed up on time. Installed mirror above vanity in newly remodeled bathroom. I was not home but my husband was. When I came home the mirror was installed and they were gone. He asked how I found out about them and I said Angie's list. He said "if I'd of know that we could have gotten a discount." So I called Coleman glass and they honored the discount! I had called several other glass companies and they were the best price and have been nothing but professional and curtious. Will use them again and definitely recommend them to anyone needing glass or mirror.

We ordered a mango-wood kitchen dining table from a local source which arrived in it's pristine light/white colored state. It was beautiful. When we examined it, then looked immediately over at our dirt & food-encrusted 4-year-old standing next to it, eager to use it, we KNEW we needed a "protective cover' for it's beautiful surface. We called & proceeded to get quotes from several local glass places in the area and Coleman Glass & Mirror was by far the nicest, most reasonably priced, and easiest to work with. We ended up ordering a custom-measured, beveled glass top cover for our circular dining table from them. It was completed right on time and was beautiful! We were able to easily pick it up from them and were very happy overall with their professional, courteous service! We'll definitely be contacting them for any of our future glass or mirror needs and would not hesitate to compliment/recommend them to our family and friends!

Arrived at date and time agreed upon, repaired door for agreed price. Saved 5% with Angie's List coupon. Reasonably priced. Repair appears to be very well done and the door is almost like new.

I accidentally busted the glass in the sliding glass door. They came right out for much cheaper than I expected to pay. They were professional, prompt. Cleaned the glass up. I now have them on speed dial for future accidents. Lol.

They treated me with the same courteous attitude as if I had given them a big job. The price was reasonable and less than I found in the local hardware or big box store.

I had a windshield break in June, and they got it in incorrectly. I had a leak in my car, and had to sit in their shop for half a day, and they didn't offer to take me home or give me the cab fare. They left my car dirty. I had to go to the dealership, because the glass company didn't think that it was their fault. I don't think they specialize in car windshields. They did fix the problem in the end.

Came exactly as scheduled. Completed job & cleaned up. Other installers may have lower price but with Coleman you get reliability and dependability. Windows are quality.

Coleman Glass was great! My glass in my window was broken by a rock and the glass shattered. I called many places and Coleman's had very competitive prices. They were one of the cheapest I found and were able to come out the same day. The guy that came out was very good. He cleaned up all the broken glass very well and quickly replaced the glass. They called before they came to the house and the lady who answered in the office was very kind. I will definitely use them again for my glass needs!

In a word --- FLAWLESS --- from start to finish. You will nto go wrong with Coleman. I needed windshield replacement in my Mercury Grand Marquis. I wanted to make sure I got a genuine factory (Ford) windshield replacement exactly like the one in it. i called Island Lincoln to find out if I could get the windshield through them before calling my insurance company. They told me they don't do window replacements but they get all theirs done by Coleman Glass --- so i called Coleman Glass. Their telephone communication was clear and customer service excellent. They walked me through the process to call my insurance comany and went ahead and put the windshield on order immediately because they only found one in their system and didn't want it to slip away for me. I called my insurance company, Allstate, and they too were outstanding. They found Coleman on their preferred providers list and conferenced them in on the call to set up the service. It was all heandled very efficiently. The appointment was set up for the next morning. The technician arrived promptly at my residence and I cannot say enough great things about him. He did an expert job with the installation. Absolultely stellar. He even fixed the hood latch on the car with some well placed oil --- a problem that has existed for 2 years. When he removed the plastic piece that covered the bottom of the windshield edge he showed me all the leaves and explained how that could eventually cause water to get into the car because of clogged drains. Then he proceeded to hook up his shop vac to the converter in his truck and vacuum out all the leaves and debris meticulously. He also found an area in both front door jambs that had similarly collected leaves and vacuumed them out too! He was incredibly polite, took his time, was very honest and patient with all my questions, and was a true professional in every way. It was a rather cool morning so it took more effort to remove than windshield than it would on a hot day according to him. He did what he had to do and took his time instead of rushing and creating messes in trying to make up time. He carefully primed the entire windshield too --- which I have never seen done on previous windshield replacements I've had done. Also, I had a couple of stickers on the old windshield including one of the new epass 'sticker' type transponders. He got all the stickers off without turning them into pieces. I've had other windshields replaced in the past and it's always been a complete rush job with off brand windshields. I am now completely sold on Coleman and will only use them for this in the future. I am hard to please and very detail oriented --- and I found everything about my experience with them flawless.

The service rep. was on-time, efficient and cleaned up immediately after completion. Couldn't ask for better.
