 + -1 moreas expected, got cabinets within 3 weeks, and the fellow that installed them by himself was fantastic, asked for no help at all, was done within 1 1/2 days. Got a very good tip, then we waited almost 3 1/2 weeks more, of course that was without a kitchen sink, definitely way more time than we should have waited, considering it was ordered same time as the cabinets. next time we use them we will add time limit to contract.

Description of Work: Redid my entire kitchen back in 2012. Fair price. Great materials. Excellent craftsmanship on the install. However, the real show of how great they are is five years later, in 2017, when I realize I really need an extra 2" around the refrigerator. I call them up, and explain what I need, thinking whatever it costs is fine -- I just need it to match. No problem. They come out, take two hours to do the job, do it perfect -- and -- wait for it -- no charge! Five years later! Now, that's a place you want to do business with.

 + 0 moreOne week after stopping in the showroom with detailed drawings and still no "next day" estimate for new cabinets/countertops...even after several msgs and being told by owner Chris that he "offered 100 apologies" and would get our estimate out that afternoon. NOTHING! Nice inventory. Horrible customer service. Can't comment on price because never got one. But certainly wouldn't hire...

Description of Work: We purchased new kitchen cabinets and granite countertops from this company. We were told by the owner, Chris, that it would take two and a half to 3 weeks for the cabinets to arrive. From the date they were ordered until they were here and installed, it was over 4 weeks. We were told that the cabinet manufacturer in NC was holding up the shipment in order to have a full truckload of cabinets, which makes sense. The cabinets went in very quickly, but we had a concern with the total kitchen being done by a certain date, when we were having company for the weekend. After everything was "done" we soon discovered a few flaws that needed to be corrected or replaced. One of the shelves in the pantry fell down, and it was repaired, reinforced a few days later. We are still waiting on a new drawer front to replace one where the worker drilled a hole for the hardware in the wrong place, trim around the base of the island, and additional hardware that wasn't included in the original order. Overall, we are very satisfied with our new kitchen. The "Responsiveness" rating of the company is due to the fact that it sometimes took several phone calls, messages to the owner, Chris, to get an answer or any action to our request. Our independent contractor whom we hired was terrific in getting everything completed for us, and even helped to encourage the cabinet store to get everything done(the granite fabricated and installed)on time.

 + 0 moreWorked with Tom on kitchen re-design, including upgrades, layout change, and Island enhancements. We were given several options of initial concepts, and through phone conversations, visits, and emails made several changes until we decided on final layout. Their response usually took a day or two and was always followed up with a phone call. Since our kitchen required a complete demolition, with no major structural work, we had a lot of questions. Tom was very forthcoming with answers and options. After order was placed, we were contacted about delivery schedule and installation date. Installation crew was friendly, efficient, and above all had a keen attention to detail. They removed and discarded all old cabinets, and cleaned up after themselves. Since any new product is nice, I usually tend to write reviews with some delay to really see how it is after some use. We have only had one issue with a sagging shelf due to a missing brace but they were happy to supply us with several. Even though these cabinets are made elsewhere, they are well built for the price and still look as good as the day they were installed.

 + -1 moreMy husband and I stopped into Classic Kitchens of Brevard to check out their cabinets. We were met by Tom Patterson, who appeared to be sick. I talked to him at a distance and he seemed very helpful. He gave us a couple of samples to take home. We brought them back within the hour, gave Tom a copy of our kitchen layout, and he said he would call in a couple of days with an estimate. He did not call, ever. We drove over there a few days later, and as we pulled up, we saw Tom through the window. As my husband exited the car to go in and talk to Tom, I saw Tom scurry to the back of the store. My husband spoke to a woman who went in the back to get Tom. Tom never appeared, however, the woman told my husband that Tom would call us with an estimate within a couple of days. He never called. This I find extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend them to anyone for any reason. He wasted our time and put us back over a week with our remodel.

 + -1 moreI visited there and left a drawing and measurements for my kitchen with my contact information. More than a week later I called and they dug my paper out from someone's desk. I was supposed to receive a call later that day and meet someone to measure the space and work up an estimate. I have not heard anything further and am moving on to a different cabinet maker.
