The grading was incomplete because of roots in the front yard and just a lousy job elsewhere, not level and not even with patios and sidewalks etc. Bulb plants weren't removed and then grew pushing up the new sod. Fencing job was near perfect. I'm very pleased with it except on one side of the house it juts out from the house because it was to much work for them to remove the old concrete post support. The paint on the sidewalks and driveway was not epoxy as Brian, the owner, had said and charged us $60 a gallon. It was concrete stain. Sprinklers don't cover as was necessary and several areas of the grass has died. Assisting with problems was repeatedly delayed so that by the time the 30 day quarantee was up sprinklers were still not covering properly and they took no responsibility. We are terribly disappointed in a $25 thousand dollar job.
