+ -1 moreIf it was possible to rate a company zero stars, or perhaps even negative stars, I would do that. This company is awful. They were rude, did not show, even after I confirmed 4 different times. I had driven a 1,000 miles in a Uhaul truck and had a very tight timeline, and didn't really have room for a lot of mistakes. When I called them 3 hours after they were supposed to be there, they said they were there on time and I was not. This was a total lie, for I was there. They said they tried to call me. They did not. They did not even leave a voicemail. When I called, they put me on hold for 10 minutes just to find my reservation. They were not even apologetic, in fact, they were highly sarcastic when I confronted them. In short, a Cave Man with a bad case of diarreah would have been easier to deal with and a **** of lot more effective.
Description of Work: Requested two personnel to help unload a truck.
