Description of Work: Rescheduled me a few times even though under time constraint. Had green algae between pavers less than 3 weeks after they did the job. Sent some folks here to check it out and basically told me it was my fault. Escalated because I had withheld payment then they sent the head tech out. They striped some sand out but didn't reseal. Looks horrible and will be revealing my self at a fraction of cost and will do better. Would not recommend this company to anyone. I joined angles list to find a good sealer company so am disappointed that my first use of angles list resulted in these guys and this negative experience.

Description of Work: This company is owned by two sisters: WENDY & AMANDA. Amanda came quickly when we called since she is the estimator. She gave us a price for both the driveway and the lanai. A couple of days later her crew of two arrived and looked over the job. When they got to the lanai, they called Amanda and told her there was a BIG PROBLEM because whoever sealed it before did not do a good job and there were many white portions. By now all of our lanai furniture is moved onto two neighbors property. Amanda raised the price by $700 and we agreed because the job needed to be done.So once again a few days later the crew comes and they knock on the door to tell us that they just spoke with Amanda and they were backing out and NOT DOING THE JOB! THIS IS NOW A MONTH OF TURMOIL. If this woman is an estimator she better go back to school for more lessons. How they ever got an ANGIE'S BEST FIVE TIME IS BEYOND me AND THEY ALSO GOT A SUPER SERVICE AWARD WINNER!!!. We called this company because of those awards but I don't how they could deserve them. I was astounded when they said they weren't doing the job. The crew put the stuff back on the lanai and that was IT. We called another company and they did a wonderful job.

Description of Work: Clean and resealed Lanai, pool deck and front side walk and porch. |They did a beautiful job and totally out did the original installer. About a month later my wife had spilled some chemical on the bull nose around the pool. She was in tears. She called frantically for assistance. Could not believe he showed up the following day when no one was home. When my wife got home she was so pleasantly surprised too find the tiles beautiful. She then called him to find out how much we owed him and he told her nothing. He just wanted his customers happy. |It it's wonderful to see companies with integrity still exist. Description of Work: There is nothing I can fault in this provider's performance. The contact with the office was pleasant and knowledgeable. The technicians were pleasant and skilled at the job and had pride in their work. The pricing was fair. Follow up was excellent. I highly recommend this company for pool deck pressure washing and sealing, which is the task performed for us. So close to perfect performance its hard to believe. | |One word of advice, if you have difficult neighbors schedule for later in the day-the equipment used generates noise.

Description of Work: Cleaned and sealed brick pavers around pool area. Professional and fast at a good price.

Description of Work: Pressure washed (cleaned) pavers, then resealed. We had recently purchased the home and the pavers had been neglected. The pressure washing and cleaning came out fine, however you would never know these pavers had recently been resealed. They don't look anything like any before and after pictures we see. They look NO different than they did before the resealing. I am referring to all the pavers, including under patio, around pool, outside, etc. Weeds still grow between, some bricks are lose, only mildew and dirt washed off. Good pressure wash job, but NOT worth the extra money for the sealing. Owner can rebuttal anything he wants, however this was nothing more than an expensive pressure wash job.
