+ -1 moreHe did an ok job, but he did not communicate well. He got mad at my husband for expecting a quality job done. He never did reimburse us for the final lawn mowing that he owed us.
Description of Work: He mowed our lawn for a few months. He misunderstood my husband, got made and refused to do the final lawn mowing service for which we had already paid. On top of that, he didn't notify us in a timely manner that he wouldn't be servicing our lawn anymore. So he left us in the lurch the weekend of my daughters' birthday party.

+ 0 moreMy experience was just fine and goodin an in, but I don't think I used them through Angie's list though. I had just used them once for some lawn work, but he has done some work for my mother and that has been fine too. He had charged me by the month an amount of $ 75, and I would say he is fair, honest and does good work; and I would certainly recommend him to others.
Description of Work: I had used Trinscape Inc landscape for lawn maintenance.

+ -1 moreThe whole experience was fantastic. Lawrence came out and did an assessment with us, we developed a game plan. He described all the plants that were already on the property, what their value was, what should go, what should stay, etc. Once we had a plan in place he and his crew came out and KNOCKED IT OUT. Seriously one of the best shows of hard work I've ever seen. Neighbors were impressed as well. It was fantastic! I would, and have, highly recommend Trinscape to anyone!
Description of Work: Lawrence and crew completely overhauled the landscaping at our new home. When we purchased the house, the previous owners had way over planted the entire yard with all kinds of plants and trees. There was no yard to speak of, and the view to our beautiful pond was nonexistent. Trinscape reviewed the property with us, we decided on a multi-phase project to renovate the landscape. The first phase was clearing the unwanted plants, leveling the ground, laying sod, and getting irrigation where it was needed. They ATTACKED the yard, hauling off MANY trailers full of waste in one weekend. It was AMAZING. The yard looks great (except for the sod they didn't replace - it's all dead now). Our view is fantastic, and the property is ready for us to move into the next phase of planting flowerbeds, trimming out with pavers and stone, and doing lighting. Trinscape will get the call when we're ready with the budget to proceed. GREAT JOB!

Description of Work: This company is the best in the business as far as I am concern. Lawrence (Owner) takes pride on his work and demands the same from his employees. I contacted him to take care of my properties when the previous contractor failed to deliver the quality of service he had promised. I now have maintenance contract plus used his landscaping skills to redo soem of my properties. His prize are better than most and his work exceed that of anyone else. He provides advice to prevent future costs and to he my properties looking the best in the areas.
