Topash Painting

Most of our neighbors use KT Topash and his son, and the reason is they do great work at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Perfectly! KT and his son Cole, were a great team. They are the ONLY ones who do all the painting! Cole is a young man, and a great kid! They work and interact so well together...nice to see! They were good, neat and FAST! Price was excellent! Because there are only two of them, you may have to wait to get them, but we’ll worth the wait! Call early! I highly recommend Topash Painting for whatever you need painted!

Arrived on time, performed the work cleaned up and was done in six hours, THe owner KT and his assistant were peofessional, friendly and did a great job.

KT Topash is a true professional. His prep work was outstanding, which made the painting go rather quickly. The new color scheme is beautiful and we couldn't be happier with the result.. We could easily recommend Topash Painting and hope to hire him for the interior.

KT always shows up on time. Sometimes he works alone and sometimes with an assistant. He thoroughly drapes everything that should not get paint on it, and when he is done, the job looks great. The only negative for me is that because he is getting quite a reputation, and I had to wait about 4 weeks to get on his schedule.

He completed the excellent job, was very neat. No paint except where it was supposed to be. Very polite, and did everything we had agreed upon.

K T did a beautiful job painting the exterior of my house. He even painted something extra for me at no charge. When he finished I asked for an estimate on painting the interior. I will be using him in the spring for that project! Very, very happy with the work and he is the nicest guy.

K.T. was very professional and responded to our needs on very short notice. We were on a deadline to get the room finished and he managed to squeeze us in even though it was a very small job. The room looks great!

KT worked on schedule, did everything he said, including working around/moving heavy furniture. The result speaks for itself...beautiful job and a professional, helpful, quality individual. We will use Topash/KT for all our painting needs. Another example of and quot;you get what you pay for.and quot; This job was priced well and the results worth every penny. We used different colors in each room, including one accent wall...no flaws, excellent job. Do not hesitate to engage.

We've used KT on three previous jobs...one of which was to paint the entire interior of our current home before we moved in 5 years ago....so we were already familiar with his work and dependability. For this job, KT responded immediately to a call to schedule an estimate...which we scheduled for two days later. He said the job would take two days...we have a 2,00 square foot one-story home...day 1 to power wash...day 2 to caulk as needed, mask, and paint. Day 1...arrived early and completed the power washing. Day 2...arrived at 6:45am, caulked, masked all doors, screens, etc...and the painting was completed by 1pm. He worked mostly by himself but had a helper midway on Day 2. He is very organized and methodical...and left the property as he found it...collected and removed all debris. We highly recommend him for any painting project...you will not disappointed.

I called and spok to KT who came out and gave me a proposal. The proposal was in writing and given to me after he did a walk through of the house. He was able to come out within a few days of giving me the proposal. He completed the job quickly and professionally. It was obvious that he is very experienced. He and his helper were able to paint all the trim (free handed by the way) and didn't get a drop on our newly completed floors. Additionally, he comleted the job well ahead of schedule. Before he left, I had him give me an estimate for a full exterior painting of the house. His estimate was much lower than previous estimates I have recieved, and he put it in writing. If he does the exterior the same way as he did the detailed trim job inside, he will definately be my go to guy when I need painting done in the future. For the busy family who needs a good, quick, reasonably priced painter, call this guy.

This is the second time we have used KT....He's the best. We need this work done as soon as possible and he came out on Friday to give me a estimate and then fit us in on the following Tuesday. He does Great work...shows up on time..very professional. While he was here he gave me an estimate on doing the master Bedroom and Bath....he'll be back to complete that job in November.

I called KT to come out for an estimate and he called me back immediately. He came out to the house within a few days and gave me a very reasonable estimate compared to the other 2 estimates I had gotten for the job. KT showed up everyday on time (if not early) and completed the job within the terms of our agreement.He did a fabulous job and was neat, professional and courteous. I will definitely call KT again to have him paint the exterior of my house. I highly recommend KT Topash painting.

The job was done in a professional manner. The exterior was pressure washed prior to the painting the next day. The painting was masked off well to protect windows and doors. Color of paint used was matched to the original to keep the Homeowners Association happy. Trim color was applied on the last day after the base color had dried. A good job !

I am very pleased with K.T.'s work and professionalism. His estimate was reasonable and his help with choosing colors very helpful. I love them! After getting his estimate, I had a passthru with triple moulding surround cut between the kitchen and dining room. I also had a and quot;fakeand quot; window and sourrounding mouldings installed on a wall of an interior room. K.T. added no additional charge , although the additional painting was obviously quite time consuming. I was having new carpet installed a few days after he completed the painting and K.T. pulled out the old carpet in order to paint the baseboard completely. Again, there was no additional charge. My experience with Topah Painting was excellent and I would recommend K.T. without reservation!

They have recommended to me by another friend but Angie's List had confirmed that they were really good. They did a superb job, great price and they were extremely responsive. I would recommend them to anyone.

I guess there are a couple of things that I liked about them. They called back right away, and they showed up on time for their appointment or for the appraisal or estimate. They showed up for the job on time. They cleaned up after themselves when they were done and the guy was just a very polite businessman. I did recommend him to other people around. They did a great job. They are the first ones that I've used and I've had very good luck.

Job was delayed about one week due to weather and schedule conflicts. Once it was started, it all went smoothly. The finished job looks great.

This is the second time we used K.T. Topash. He painted the exterior of our home the last time and based on that experience we called him without any additional bids. He was very competitive the last time with his pricing. He did an outstanding job. He is professional and takes pride in his work. He arrived promptly each day and cleaned up after the job. I have full faith and confidence and would leave him alone in my home. Unlike others that that have additional costs, he holds to the estimate and stands behind his performance. He is an absolute pleasure to be around and has painted several other homes in the neighborhood. All of the clients we spoke to, have also been pleased. I highly recommend K.T. Topash.

KT came over promptly to give me an estimate. He was able to start the job within a week. He cleaned up after himself each day and finished on time. I liked that he even gave me some suggestions for what color scheme to use. I highly recommend Topash Painting. His estimate was the most reasonable too!!

On the whole, Topash did a fine job. They were pleasant and did not leave a mess. They did have a sub-contractor repair some stucco, and he was less professional...tore our screened porch because his guys were throwing the stucco chips down from the roof rather than collecting them and disposing of them more safely. The house looks very good, and they were true to their time estimates and budget.

The job was finished in three days. The walls and ceilings were sprayed, and trim was brushed with oil base paint. K.T. suggested a color for the kitchen which looks great. He's a one man band operation, and he took care to cover or mask everything so that there was no overspray or residue on windows, mirrors, fixtures or countertops. No paint rings from paint cans anywhere! A great job all around.

Quick, professional, neat and easy to work with. Their prices are reasonable.

A friend recommended KT because he had just painted her home. He gave us very competitive quote the day after I called him. He showed on the day scheduled at the time we agreed upon. The first day he worked alone and did the master bath and bedroom including all the doors and trim. The next day another painter joined him and they finished the rest of house. I was impressed by several things. First, the way his trailer was organized. Second, how clean things were at the end of the day. He even brings his own vacuum cleaner. Third, the job was done in 2 days rather than three as originally estimated. Last but not least, his quote was over 25% lower than another highly recommended painter. KT's ratings on Angie's List didn't hurt either. The other painter is not on the list. He already has a job scheduled with one of my neighbors. I highly recommend him.
