Excellent contractor. Quickly identified work that needed performed, provided immediate estimate, and repaired on the spot. The person working the phone was nice and helpful. Highly recommended.

I called on June 10 and spoke with a woman who took my contact info and asked what work I needed done. She said she would get back to me with an estimate. It's now June 14 and I still haven't heard back. Their company description on Angie's List says the phones are answered by a real person. True, but if you don't hear back with an estimate or to schedule you might as well not even answer the phone.

We called and were pleased that there was an actual office person to speak with who was very polite and gave us an idea of when the electrician would come. This is rare in peak snowbird season in this town to get anything but an answering machine and usually no one calls back. The electrician came when scheduled and replaced a breaker and fixed a loose connection in the electrical box. However this did not fix the flickering lights so we had to call again. At first, the office lady put the blame on an elderly lady who was renting our property and that she was just not used to the Withlacoochee electric power surges. We had to insist that there was a problem other than that. The electrician came back out a day or two later and found the issue was outside. The problem was fixed. I am pleased that they came back out so quickly and thoroughly checked the problem out until it was fixed.

My bad! Completely forgot to send a review. Got a return call and appointment within 24 hrs. Totally professional and gave excellent service and advice. Was prompt in completing the job and cleaned up perfect after. Will have all my electrical needs done by Jack and his team and will highly recommend him. Thank you again.

Jack was referred to us by REM AC who did an AC replacement in June 2011. We had a problem with breaker throwing when microwave and 2 computers were on at same time. We also had a problem with our electric box needing another line. Jack's office was very responsive and we made an appointment very quickly. Jack came out himself and did the work, as well as getting City of Temple Terrace permit. He recommended dedicated computer outlets which he installed on separate wiring from new electric box. Installed new box with awesomely labeled breakers. Service was great, Jack is very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend this company and will definitely use again in the future.

We called for an estimate. Jack was prompt and thorough. After purchasing the fixtures and cabinet lighting, we called to schedule the installation. They even worked around our crazy schedule, they called the day before to confirm and arrived promptly the following day. Jack and 2 young man handled the tasks on hand. They were knowledgeable, efficient and courteous.They vacuumed and carted off all the debris.We cannot be happier with the results. They are and quot;professionalsand quot; in every sense of the word.

They were very courteous. It's a family owned company. They have been around for 30 years. He has a young man that's been with him that is fully licensed and trained. His pricing is extremely reasonable.

These guys were great. They showed up when expected. They problem-solved a light fixture that wasn't working well (we had the wrong kind of light bulbs), they moved the hole for a ceiling-hung fixture and hung a new fixture. I had hired someone else initially to hang the fixture and that person could not do it. These guys hung the fixture in just a few minutes and it worked perfectly. The previous guy had also blown the light switch when trying to hang the fixture and these guys replaced it quickly and efficiently with supplies they had on their truck. They were friendly, professional, punctual and extremely competent. I will definitely call them in the future.

Jack first visited our home to estimate the proposed work, and promptly e-mailed a bid. Jack, Chance, and Bryan arrived promptly and worked without breaks for 5+ hours. They worked well as a team; and were extremely respectful of our home. There was not a speck of construction dust left when they finished their work. The bid price proved binding, and was extremely reasonable.

I was on a very tight time frame, only in town a few days, I arranged for them to come give me an estimate before I came to town. Once I had my estimate, they worked with me to get the work done while I was here which meant they came on Saturday morning and completed the work. They were very professional.

Called for service in the morning and they were out the same afternooon to evaluate the situation and provide an estimate. Arrived on time, repaired problem within 48-hours and allowed us to close out and 10+ year old open permit with the City of Tampa.

Had used them preciously and found them of high quality so called them again they were timely and did excellent work i am very pleased with the results . However, do think there charges were very high

I called at 10 am. Phone answered by lady rather than phone tree. She took my number and said they'd try to get me in tomorrow. I was happy with that. Called later to say they'd be over in 45 minutes. Same day service! Two young men showed up and got to work. They cleaned up after themselves, and got all the jobs done. My porch light turned out to be the fixture, and they recommended I repair the existing one since it was very old and looked right for the home. Did not try to upsell me. About an hour and a half, and they were done. The price was less than I expected. They go to the top of my list!!!!

Jack Shimelfining and his assistant were the best! They were very responsive, always there when they said they would be, and really helped us out through a tough situation. All of Jack's work passed City of Tampa inspections with flying colors--no discrepancies. He was a pleasure to work with--always courteous, honest, and helpful. He was recommended to us, and I would recommend and have recommended his services to everyone seeking an electrician.

Jack spent a good 45 minutes diagnosing my problems and charge me absolutely nothing for it. He came across as a very honest, friendly, and professional individual. I will be sure to call him again for any of my electrical needs.

We had problem with the well pump circuit breaker tripping. Jack arrived within two hours of our call on a Friday. He was friendly, courteous and explained everything well. That day, he replaced a switch at the well pump and also the circuit breaker. He tested the pump several times and the breaker did not trip. However, after he left the breaker began tripping again. We called his office on Saturday morning, and the call was taken by an answering service, rather than having to leave a message on a machine (nice touch!). Within an hour, we received a call back saying Jack would come out that day to replace the wiring. The quote for the work appeared somewhat high and when this was expressed, we were given the option of digging the trench for the conduit ourselves. We decided to do that and it saved us over $200. The wiring was replaced on Saturday, and everything works fine. They came back out on Monday and laid the conduit. We were very happy with the service and work done.

I have used this company several times over the years and have alway had great service.

THE SERVICES WERE COMPETITIVELY PRICED. I GIVE HIGH MARKS FOR QUALITY OF WORK. WORK WAS COMPLETED IN A TIMELY MANNER AND AS PROMISED. STAFF PERSONABLE AND ATTENTIVE. THE WORK WAS OF A HIGH QUALITY. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
