It's going great! Anthony, my regular service technician with this company, is just fantastic. The best problem is under control, and whenever I have an issue all I need to do is call them as part of my contract.

They were great! There was a bad smell near the garage door that smelled like a dead rat. after searching garage over and over and could not find any trace of a dead rodent, I called Rick Ricker and Dustin came out the next day. He poked around a crevice near the garage door and found a dead frog lodged down inside. He thought this was the problem, but continued to inspect the attic and all around the house for any way rodents could get in. He determined there were no rodents in attic or coming in anywhere and said there would be no charge for this service! Dustin was on time, He was very polite and did a great job. I would not hesitate to recommend Rick Ricker to anyone looking for an honest and reliable company.

One of the best companies I've ever done business with in Tampa. They answer phones, show up on time for appointments and charge a reasonable price. Technicians are very friendly. And they kill ants using pet-friendly materials. Highly recommended.

We have used Rick Ricker for 7 years and have been very satisfied with them. We have an annual contract with them, that we will renew as long as we live here. Their employees are very thorough and pleasant. I appreciate the fact that they are timely with appointments and are very reasonable with their prices. Their work work is outstanding ! I’ve been a costumer for Three years and they’re very professional. They were on time, well trained answered any questions you had , and very courteous. They also follow up to make sure our concerns are solved . In three years I’ve only had to call them for service after their initial yearly treatment once and and they made a follow u Call to make sure the problem was solved . They made another follow up appointment to check their work . The follow up appointments are not charged . Wish cable and phone companies had service like they do.

I have used Rick Ricker for a number of years now. They had been recommended by a friend and now I recommend them to anyone and everyone. I used to tell myself that the old shoe could control those roaches in Florida but after acquiring Rick Ricker's services every year, I realize how I don't miss constantly cleaning roach poop from under my sink and in my cabinet drawers. Also carpenter ants! and Brown recluse spiders in my garage! And little ants in my bathrooms. All of these things is something I will never again go back to doing. If I find a couple of these pests, I can call Rick Ricker and they will come treat the area for no additional cost. I have pets, too. They use pet-friendly and human-friendly products.

Our detached garage was being consumed. I called someone else first that we had used before for something else. They came out, looked at it and then didn't call me back. It was kind of a problem because of its proximity to our well and I guess he didn't want a challenge. Anyway, Rick Ricker handled it, no problems since, and we have a regular checkup every year on our buildings. They have also come and handled an extra stubborn ant problem that resisted my own efforts. That was managed well too.

They do a great job - they are kind and incredibly thorough. Any problems they will come back and fix it, however long or however many visits it takes.

It's been 3 years and I have seen no sign of termites. So much less stress to spray rather than tenting house. Very happy with their professionalism and price to do the job.

Charged over $600 for and annual service up front. Came out when it was raining so perimeter was not treated but made no arrangements to come back. I had to call them back on 3 additional occasions but continued to see bugs. Called another guy, paid him $75 and have had no more problems!
