Description of Work: Inside pest prevention. It went very well, no problems.

Description of Work: They performed a termite inspection for us. There was confusion initially because I was told the service was free. I was surprised and tried to confirm what I needed, but somehow information was lost in translation. They told my husband that the service would be $100 and that they asked me all of the right questions. I guess being someone who knows nothing about the termite business, I would expect them to help me make sure I was giving the right info. But they did do the inspection the next day, I was just annoyed that it was "my fault" when I tried to make sure I was communicating the right info.

Description of Work: Was a subterraneon termite contract renewal inspection. Tech did a walk around of the outside of the house as well as each room inside the house, with a flashlight. Were no applications. Found no problems. Took about 20 minutes. Thought that price was on high side, but inspection did give us reassurance there were no termites.

Description of Work: We purchased an annual contract which has been very good, especially here in Florida. Because we're on the east coast and they're on the west coast, there have been some schedule challenges. All in all, though, the service is just what we need and expected.

Description of Work: The 2014 service was the annual service for continuing Termidor maintenance. Original service was performed in Oct 2013. Very thorough examination of property was conducted both times. Very professional technicians. Both were family members of Rick Ricker. Follow up call was made by company to ensure customer satisfaction. Have not had any insect problems since treatment program has begun.
