Description of Work: They came out for 'between treatments' treatment and we haven't seen any insects since. I would highly recommend Rick Ricker for all your pest control needs. We have been a loyal customer for over 10 years.

Some years after their 'annual treatment" I can go a whole year without bugs - they treat all kinds of nooks and crannies / other years i have had flare ups and they send some one right away. The patience this one service tech had in seeking out my pantry pest problem was unbelievable - he searched and search - here the problem was coming from the garage. Not sure if these guys are cheapest in town -- but it whatever - they are worth it ( it is nice not to have pest treatment coming to your house every 6 weeks)

Description of Work: We moved into the house seeing a few German roaches. We used bate traps and other store bought methods. Nothing worked. The problem progressively got worse until there was an infestation. We did not want to use unsafe poison in our house because it's so bad for your health and for birds and dogs. But we were told the natural alternative wouldn't get rid of German roaches. We decided to go with RR anyway even though it was a little more cost. |After the first visit the problem was cut in half and progressively got better every visit. Our reps are very professional and get to know the house and where attention is most needed. They reschedule weekly or by monthly as needed. There's odor or toxins. |Now we are pest free. They continue to do Maintance to assure we don't have roaches crawling through our home. I waited to write the review to give an honest feedback of our full experience. It's been a very easy process scheduling and the reps are always on time. I can honestly say, it's worth every penny to hire Rick Ricker.

Description of Work: First of all, the annual one visit renewal price of $505 breaks down to $42 per month. This is the best extermination service we have ever used. Much better than other companies for more money. They show up on time or early and their product WORKS. Pure and simple. One visit per year. It doesn't get better than that.
