A few weeks ago our technician had an accident that put us one vehicle short in your area. We had an appointment for you a couple days later and called every number we had on file for you to reschedule, offering you an appointment less than 48 hours later. We had a technician from Tampa drive down to Miami and stay the weekend to service customers whose appointments were displaced due to the event. We were told that no one would be there for that appointment time, so we offered the next available which was the following week. We did our best to offer you our soonest available appointment as we could not have anticipated the accident occurring and attempted to explain this over the phone. If it were possible to rent a vehicle to send someone to you sooner than the less than 48 hour delay we would have, but unfortunately we are restricted by law to send a vehicle without permanent lettering. I would have been unhappy with having to wait if I were in your situation, too. You were not understanding and would not accept that we couldn't send someone to you despite the accident. You did not spend $1000 on a service with us. Your home is over 5500 sq ft. which the normal price would be around $750. We discounted you down to $600 when we did your initial service, and on top of the initial appointment we've been to your home five times at no additional charge. None of these appointments did we have to change. This was the first time we asked for your understanding that we were doing our best, again offering an appointment less than two days past. We are here to service you and again apologize for the inconvenience of the situation. Thank you, Valerie Ricker
