Fabulous. I use Rick Ricker on our rental and home. I have referred them to neighbors as well. All reviews, including mine have been excellent. (I am not a robot nor am I someone paid to give this company an endorsement).

It went very well. Inspector was very professional and wore booties inside the house.

We use them regularly. Once a year they come and check the whole house and we never get bugs. In Florida we get a lot of bugs but we don't have them. The service we had recently was for bedbugs, that is the $500 one. They knew exactly what they were doing. They came in, pulled out the mattress, and you could see them. It was bad news. I don't know what the chemical is but it is expensive. They come back and do follow ups. They are always good.

We almost never see a bug in here, in a very buggy part of the world.

The cost was $1,200 because they actually had to get up and used a product I think called Termidor. It is for dry wood termites, the kind that flies through the air. They had penetrated my shed out in my car port and they had worked their way into my attic. The guy suited up and looked something out of a sci-fi movie. They had to run this hose through your house connected to a pump and a tank and have a sprayer on it. They literally get up in your attic, wherever all the damage is from the termites and they literally soak the wood with the product. They explained to me how it worked and it is better than fumigating. If the termites try to come back and start nibbling, they die.

I just renewed with them an annual contract and it was $524 for the year. That included what they did when they came out. If any of the critters come back, I just call them up. They come right out and they do not charge me. They are always very nice and cordial. The guys are very professional when they come out. They try to take precautions to keep everything clean. I would tell others to use them.

Whenever we have issues, like ants finding their way into the house after a lot of rain, we know we can call them up and they will send someone out quickly to treat the area.

For years we have been using Rick's for all our termite & pest protection and I have to say this last service was by far the best we have ever had. Our technician was due to arrive at 8:00am and at exactly 8:00 the doorbell rang. My husband was greeted with a handshake and an introduction by Darien L.. He asked where we would like him to begin - inside or outside. We told it didn't matter and he asked if he could start outside because it looked like rain. No one in all the years has ever done that before. After a through treatment outside he came inside and explained that he would treat the inside and then go into the attic for the termite inspection. When everything was done Darien explained everything he had done and the results of his inspection. He was phenomenal in explaining the various treatments and procedures. All I can say is Rick you better hold on to Darien..he was great. Hopefully we will be able to have him inspect/treat us next year. Thanks Rick.

The consultant was very professional and explained the service and why it lasts for a year. It has lasted for more than a year and I intent to contact them again.

I had live termites in my door and some places in the house that I noticed droppings. The initial technician that came out showed up early (which I liked) and went through the entire house looking for termite damage. He explained their technique as it is different from other companies. I did not want tenting done, since I have pets. The technician who came out for the actual treatment was very professional, explained what he was going to do and went to work. He sprayed the entire attic with a boric acid solution, injected it into the existing holes in the door, and several other places within the house. They will return in 30 days for a recheck.

He came out as scheduled and treated my residence. The employee was the same employee that came out before and did a great job. He told me exactly what chemical he was using how many gallons he used during the treatment. Rick Ricker Termite and Pest Control do a great job.

Excellent in all aspects. Mike arrived as scheduled and performed a complete annual inspection. This is our second year with Rick Ricker and no previous provider has come close in terms of professionalism and customer service. All of the service technicians have been most courteous and absolutely know their business. I give Rick Ricker my highest recommendation ~ they are simply the best.

I called early one morning and left a message, asking if they serviced the St. Petersburg area because I found them on Angie's List and saw that their address was not in St. Petersburg. They returned my call about 10 minutes later and said that they service St. Pete and set up a same-day appointment for 2:00. Chris Ricker, son of the business owner, showed up, on time, in uniform, and did a complete inspection, provided me with answers to all of the questions I had. He was very professional. I have had a couple quotes from other companies and no-one was as knowledgable as Chris. Also there was no doubt in my mind that he was from the company that I called because he arrived in a company vehicle and wore a company uniform. The last place I called sent someone over that wore a raggedy old t-shirt, drove a beat-up truck, looked dirty, and I hesitated to let him in my house (I also felt worried after he left). I was at-ease with Chris, and I also signed a monthly contract, for one year. He serviced my home the same day and scheduled a follow-up visit for three days later. I forgot to ask him if they also remove rodent droppings and dead bugs but I'm sure he did. I will ask on Friday when they come back for the follow-up visit. I strongly recommend the Rick Ricker company for pest, rodent, and bug control based on my personal experience with this company.

Went excellent. It was our annual pest control inspection. The Ricker tech Brian Felker was the consummate professional. He not only performed a thorough inspection and treatment, but was also considerate of the home occupants. At the completion of treatment and inspection, he took the time to explain what he did and why. I would not hesitate to recommend Ricker Pest Control to anyone.

My overall expericne was very good from scheduling, getting an estimate and the treatment itself. Everyone was very nice and I thought the price was reasonable. The tech was here for about 2hrs and was very meitculous with the application.

Darien, the technician, arrived on time. He explained thoroughly how he was going to treat the exterior and interior of the house. At the same time he would inspect for any termite activity. All of our expectations were met and we were very impressed with Darien's knowledge and explanations of their product and services.

THE UNPROFESSIONALISM AND RUDENESS from their part was something shocking. IF YOU EVER HAVE A PROBLEM AND NEED TO BE BE AT YOUR HOUSE URGENTLY DO NOT COUNT ON THEM. THEY DO NOT PUT THEIR CLIENTS FIRST. They came a couple times and really had no luck in the ant situation in my house. Then we called them because we had a problem and really needed them to come urgently. Well they scheduled me for 2 weeks down the line because they had no personnel. One had had an accident and the other car they use was broken down. I said.. you only have 2 people in your entire company to help us? I was quite upset because if you need the provider urgently and they tell you sorry they can't come at all until 2 weeks. The lady was like a machine, she had absolutely no solution for me and just kept repeating the same thing over and over in a very rude way. Then she accused me of not caring for her employee because he had been in an accident. I could not believe the unprofessional attitude in accusing a client for something I had nothing to do with. This is a service I paid for in full for 1 year and I was in desperate need for them to come to my home. So BEWARE because this means the company has not enough people or cars to service you if there is any problem. They will NOT GIVE YOU ANY PRIORITY when you need it. We were so disappointed and needed an immediate solution we had to call another company and pay extra for it.

Very prompt response. I called on Wednesday and the inspection was done on Thursday morning. In fact, Chris was also able to spray the outside areas, That same afternoon, Warren arrived to take care of the inside pests. I have several health issues. While Warren was working, my physical therapist worked with me. The chemicals had only a very slight smell; nothing offensive, just enough to know something was there. No mess. Warren removed each electric outlet plate and treated the area behind the wall.. NO MESS! I am writing this at 6:30 Friday morning. It's been 15 hours since the spraying was completed. I have not seen any ants, I do see several DEAD palmetto bugs! Both Chris and Warren were prompt, courteous, and professional. The chemicals used for the inside work have had no affect on me or my 17-year-old cat. My therapist was also impressed with them. This is a family owned and run business, I would not hesitate to recommend them. They are moving soon and the new phone number will be (352) 518-0200. They will continue to serve the same areas.
