Rick arrived on time for the initial consultation. We scheduled service for the following week and a representative arrived as promised. He performed a thorough and complete pest control service interior and exterior, including climbing in the attic and feather dusting for cobwebs. The fact that the technician wore booties over his shoes for the interior service was not only unprecedented but very much appreciated. The technician was very professional and courteous.

Rick was very prompt, courteous and provided a very thorough service. We are in a rental home and have had problems with bugs ever since we entered it due to the back yard being fully decked and the wood is quite old. This is the first time somebody has actually been able to help us get rid of the bugs! And, everything was safe for our pets (cats). Thanks, Rick!

The $337 was for annual service. They were great. They immediately came out, and I have never seen another ant inside our house. Before Rick Ricker, we were constantly trying to prevent an ant invasion. I highly recommend. They had great service. I have been using them for about a year.

Tom was fantastic to work with. He was extremely thorough in explaining the treatments available and in examining our home. People at this company are very courteous and helpful every time I call. They came out and did a much more thorough exam of our house than a previous company. Their estimate was the same as the other one. They treated the house for carpenter ants and we have seen none since. They also treated for roaches. There has been a dramatic decline in the ones we see, but still see an occasional one. They are determined to rid the house of these pests, and come out every time we see one. They are concientious and clean, wearing paper boots on their shoes on entering the house. We feel confident with this company, that we are winning the battle of Florida insects.

Rick seemed very knowledgeable and experienced. The workman who did the actual work was very pleasant and efficient. I'm very pleased with the work. I didn't have a real pest problem for them to solve, so I can't say how they would do on that. This was just a peace of mind action on my part.

Excellent. Rick scheduled an estimate promptly, arrived on time, and scheduled treatment of the office for the next day! He was professional and clearly an expert in his field. I chose an annual maintenance contract for the office and was please at the discount that Rick extended to us. His service was top notch!

Home renovations disturbed various unwelcome pests. We found several nests of carpenter ants and possibly venomous spiders. The day following a call to Mr. Ricker's office, a service technician arrived. The technician was very knowledgeable and informed the homeowner as to the options for controlling the unwanted pests. He noted and informed Mr. Ricker about special homeowner needs. The technician returned the following day to perform the following tasks: sweep the exterior clean of all pests, treat the exterior of the home, treat cracks and crevices on the exterior and interior, treat the wall voids, and treat the attic. The cost of service included a year's annual pest control. Mr. Ricker called the afternoon the service was provided to insure homeowner satisfaction. He stated the file would be noted to stipulate the same technician familiar with the homeowner's needs would service the home in the future.

This company was fantastic. Rick came out to do the estimate. He was very professional and explained the treatments in thorough detail. He even spent 40 minutes checking for termites in our attic, and the temperature had to be 140 degrees inside. He even offered the Angie's List discount before we even asked for it. Chris and Tom performed the treatments and were so very pleasant to deal with, and showed up at the exact time we were scheduled. All of the pests were gone that day, including a huge antpile in our driveway. This company is top notch. I would highly recommend them.

Called company on the weekend and call was returned promptly. On making contact and setting an appointment, I was informed of person that would be coming out (Tom). Tom showed up on time, was very polite, courteous and professional. Tom covered his shoes every time he entered the house and walked on the carpet during inspection and during treatment. He wiped down his equipment prior to carrying out to make sure it didn't get on the carpet. For the work completed I was very satisfied with company and understand they take pride in their reputation. I would recommend service in the future to friends and neighbors!

After another company said I should have my house tented (for $1100), and I did some research which showed that old method may not be the best treatment, so I called Rick Ricker. Rick came out the next day personally for a free inspection and offered a good price for several different treatments plus annual renewals, which would provide continuous future protection. He and his crew were right on time, very courteous and professional. As I am remodeling the home, he offered to come back whenever I had the walls open to do more treating of the exposed wood, and when I add a new addition, to come back and treat that as well, all for no extra charge. The only negative is the renewal contracts do not cover damage, only re-treatments. But damage coverage is getting harder to find these days, and there are so many causes it may not be as good as you think. Rick Ricker was definitely one of the most professional services I have encountered in almost any trade. Highly recommended.
