Mr. Ricker's technician was on time and very polite. I appreciated the fact that he wore 'booties' to avoid tracking dirt on my light carpet. His office did a very good job with follow up. They called me before the appointment to confirm the date and time and also called a week after my appointment to make certain that I was happy with the job done. His technician seemed sincerely concerned about my silverfish dilemma and offered additional suggestions on how to rid them from my home. I chose Mr. Ricker's service because his pesticides are applied as part of an annual service. This was appealing to me because I wanted to get rid of the bugs, but did not want to get tied down with a monthly installation plan. The entire application process took about 35 minutes.

He got rid of it immediately. Professional, prompt and great work.

Rick was terrific. He was thorough and kind and explained everything about the termites and treatment. He was on time for his scheduled appointment. We were able to schedule the work within the week. When his son and the other fellow came, they were actually a couple minutes early. They were thorough and considerate. All the guys put covers on their shoes when they entered the house, as not to track anything into the house. The two young men were extremely polite. They covered all exposed plants, machinery, etc. when they sprayed. They were in and out within 2 hours. It was a totally awesome experience. I wish I hadn't just signed a contract for regular pest control with Terminex, or I would hire Rick. I will next year. He also gave me the Angie's List discount of 10%.

I used him initially for termites, but then started to use him for all of my pest control needs. His cost was considerably less than other quotes.

I have not had another problem since. They had the best price of all the companies I called. They were punctual and explained everything very well. I had a few little problems but they came out right away to take care of everything.

I found the company on Angie's list so I called them. Their receptionist was most helpful and made an appointment for me. The owner, Rick Ricker, was on time, explained everything very thoroughly, identified my excessive ant problem which were Argentinian ants. It was a pleasure to find someone who was so knowledgeable, polite and who cared about the work. On the scheduled day Tom arrived on time and did a thorough job. He respected our new house, donning shoe covers and didn't make any mess and worked efficiently and never took a break. I was very impressed by the quality of his work and he was a very knowledgeable person and extremely polite. I would recommend them most highly. In this day and age it is a pleasure to find a business which is not only customer friendly but also gives great service.

Always responsive. I pay by the year. I think that's an excellent value.

He was wonderful. I knew nothing about termites. He took a lot of time to explain the different methods to me. He also explained what was good about the construction of my home. I do not have the finances at this time to make the investment, but will definitely use him when I am ready. The price seemed good, but I have nothing to compare it to.

Moved into older home with heavy infestation of spiders inside and out plus flying ants. Ricker did the initial treatment but ants continued to appear. He came back twice and called to assure problem had been resolved.

It went well. Rick was on time, straight-forward and answered all our questions. We agreed on terms and his serviceman was also very professional.

The young men that did the work arrived very promptly. They were very careful to put covers on their shoes to prevent getting our carpet dirty. They were extremely nice and very efficient. They worked hard and carefully. They were very pleasant to have in the house. I would and did recommend them.

Very professional, explained what was needed, answered questions and did not criticize competitors. Price was not lowest but presentation was the best.

They came out and treated the outside of the house with several different chemicals. They also treated the insides of the walls and corners to make sure to keep all bugs out. They made sure not to use anything that would be dangerous for my dogs. They were friendly and efficient and I am very happy to continue doing business with them.

It is excellent. They are very courteous. They have a family company. If there are any problems they come out at no charge. It is a regular service every three months.

Rick came out to our house and did a check on the entire property. He then gave us a few options and asked us to think about it and call him. No pressure or sales lines! What a nice guy! When we called him back to install the termite traps he stuck to the schedule, is always timely and always introduces anyone new with him to us (usually his sons). He even goes so far as to ask how our dogs are everytime I talk to him! A nice personal touch. After that we decided to add on the interior and yard pest control. He did such a wonderful job and No smell and safe for all our pets. They take all the plates off the electrical and treat behind them. He sends one of his son's to treat the yard quarterly and if I see an ant pile, he sends someone out asap to get rid of them. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest pest control service. He will even allow you to pay installments if you can't pay it all up front!

Rick visited my house did a complete inspection, and explained every single detail of what he was looking for. He explained my different options as the programs I could buy. Absolutely no pressure what so ever. Finally, they came and treated my whole house. Extremely detailed and very efficient. Once again explained every single detail.

Rick came and gave me an estimate and told me all about ants. Very informative and friendly. I paid for a yearly service with him and have been very happy and pleased. No more ants!

I cannot say enough nice things about Rick and his people. They are extremely conscientious and attentive to detail. They will explain about all of the chemicals that they use, and how each one works. I had the Termidor treatment done around the exterior, and that required drilling holes through the slab on the front and rear porch, which they resealed nicely with concrete. When working on the interior, they covered their shoes, so as not to track things all over the carpet! They will work around your schedule to come when it is convenient for you. I was very thoroughly impressed, and can very much recommend this company.

They have been great. My plants, animals and myself were here while they did the work. Dead bugs (the ONLY kind we want) showed up for weeks afterward.

Overall outstanding experience. After several home visits/quotes from other companies I discovered Rick Ricker. Mr. Tom Cleveland spent a couple hours just for the home survey to answer questions about pests/pesticides and my concerns. This may be more time than some would want but since I never had pest service before I had many questions. Mr. Cleveland was knowledgeable and professional. When he returned for the actual pest service, he showed up early and promptly went to work. He made sure my children were away from the pesticides and even helped my wife and I unload a new bed that we brought home for our daughter. He spent a good part of the day spraying inside/outside and the attic for pests/termites making sure the house was completely covered. Since the service I only found dead cockroaches in my house. The price was equal to or less than that of other companies I researched. None of the other companies impressed me with their price, knowledge, or professionalism.

He is great. He went into a lot of detail. He takes the time to explain how he is going to do the work.
