They are very good. They come in a timely manner to check the traps and to spray outside. They are always pleasant and professional and are nice people to deal with. I have a contract with them.

He guarantees his work. I have a house with unusual construction that poses certain difficulties. Whenever I have a problem they are cheerfully responsive. I would use them again.

It seemed like they treat only what they need to treat. Honesty in that profession is a rare thing.

They get us ready for the fall. We have nothing but high praises for them. They are great at working with your schedule. Their price is very reasonable also.

They did an excellent job. In between services, they come out and retreated at no charge. They also respond very quickly. Very clean and they don't make a mess in your house.

I just bought this house about 2 weeks ago. I was told the termite service was up for renewal. We got a notice and tried calling the original company that had the service. Never received a phone call. So I went on Angie's List and found Rick. It was worth every penny. Thanks again, Rick!

We discovered dry wood termite activity on a shelf on our back porch. The shelf extended into the kitchen, through a kitchen window. We called Rick Ricker company on Tues, 5/22/07 to get an inspection. Rick came out on Friday, 5/25 confirmed dry wood termites in the shelf, and inspected the rest of the house (kitchen wall adjacent to the shelf ,doorways, ceilings, base boards etc. inside the house; the attic; outside the house). He found no other indications of termite activity. He scheduled us for our treatment. On Tues, 5/29 Chris (Rick's son) came out and treated the house (porch shelf, interior kitchen wall adjacent to the shelf, and the attic) Chris returned on Wed. 6/27 to do a follow up inspection. No problems were found. We paid the fee ($678) at that time.

The Company provides good informative brochures about their products. It has been a real pleasure working with the company. I was able to secure an appointment with Rick, the owner at my most earliest convenience. Rick is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Rick performed the initial inspection and presented the company and agreement. His sister Donna answers the company phone and is available, helpful, and very pleasant. Josh, who treated the site was timely, informative and also very pleasant. I have complete confidence that their products are working to keep the town home free of pests. I will sign another pest control agreement with them when the current agreement expires.

When we called animal control, the person who deals with snakes was out of the office, so they informed us to call a pest control company, that's when we contacted Rick Ricker. They normally don't deal with snakes, but there was someone there in the office, that new about snakes. They informed us of a website to check out the different kinds of snakes, so we could determine what kind it was. They then walked us through over the phone on how to properly remove the snake! This went way above and beyond the normal service contract, that we have with them! They are really nice and pleasant people and do what they say, they are going to do.

HE WAS REALLY NICE, EASY TO WORK WITH, RESPONSIVE AND RESPONSIBLE. OVERALL JUST A NICE GUY.

From the initial visit to inspect for termites, I was extremely impressed. Rick Ricker impressed me with the manner in which he inspected my house and presented options for me to consider to prevent termites and eliminate the insect problems I was dealing with. There were no scare tactics used nor high pressure to select his company. I did hire his company. The technician arrived at the appointed time and did an absolutely terrific job. I am extremely impressed with the quality of service provided. I received a follow up call the following day to ensure that I was satisfied with the services provided. I feel confident that I have selected the right company for my pest control needs.

Rick came out and provided an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and the price was reasonable. I loved the fact he did not try to pressure me into making a decision. I have a townhouse and was interested in getting the other units treated as well, Rick offered us a great group rate. The person performing the work showed up on time and was very careful to keep the house clean. He also took care of pest control at the same time. The work was completed in under 2 hours.

Exceptional customer service. Rick was prompt for the initial inspection and estimate. He was extremely patient and spent a lot of time explaining everything to my husband and I. On the day of the treatment Chris was prompt, courteous and took care to use shoe covers upon entering the house. He was very meticulous while treating my wood floors and other areas. They will recheck in 90 days and we now have an annual contract. We were very happy with this company and highly recommend them.

Excellent company. Rick has a passion for his work and it shows. Very knowledgeable, friendly and conscientious about his work. He explained everything thoroughly. His son came and did the treatment. He showed up an hour early, which is something I never experienced with any workmen. His son is also very nice and knowledgeable. I would highly, highly recommend this company. I spoke with 3 other companies prior to hiring Rick, and the sales/scare tactics they tried to use were unbelievable. Rick is straightforward and honest. He does not use scare tactics or high pressure sales tactics to garner business.

Josh performed the service. He was there on time, even a little early, very professional and courteous. He seemed knowledgeable about what he was doing as well.

I called in the morning and Rick was at my home in several hours. He was very professional and friendly to talk to. He did a thorough investigation of the attic (no small feat, since the attic was not made easily accessible by the builder). He explained everything that he found in the attic and made reasonable recommendations to exterminate rodents. He was very careful not to soil the inside flooring after crawling around in the attic and walking around outside. I was very pleased with the prompt service, professionalism, knowledge of the pest control, and the chemicals used for bait. He was very helpful. I would highly recommend his company.

We have had major problems with ants for the last several years because of construction in the area. Ricker pest control was the first company able to get things under control. They did the work professionally, with no mess, in a few hours. It's been a few months and we haven't seen an ant since. Rick is a very nice man and did exactly what he says he would, for a fair price. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I was very impressed with the company from start to finish. The customer service was excellent from the first phone call I made to the company, through the inspection of the house to the treatment and subsequent 30 day inspection. This is a family-run business and they're all good people. Prior to the inspection, my husband and myself were quite worried about the cost and trouble of a termite treatment but we were quickly reassured upon meeting Rick and knew we were in good hands. I am very thankful for their help!

Very cooperative, they came back after some live ants were found and checked out after 3 days and all is well.

I cannot praise Rick and his staff enough. We were invaded, mostly outside, by black ants. When we called to schedule an appointment for Rick to come out and treat the ants, he took the time to explain everything in detail to us, even down to the type of ant we were dealing with. The day before our appointment we had to cancel because of a medical situation, and Donna was absolutely wonderful! She rescheduled us for a few days later with no problem. When Josh came out to treat the house he took extra time to explain exactly of what he was going to do. However, a few hours after Josh had left we saw some streams of ants again. When we called Rick, in panic, he explain everything to us again and what the treatment did. He even told us to call him directly if there was still a problem a few days later. Exactly as he described the situation to us, he was absolutely correct. The next day not one single ant. We would recommend Rick and his staff to everyone! Plus fantastic customer service!

Great. Rick gave my mom a senior discount and then matched the lowest of three previous estimates we had received. They were punctual and worked with me having to schedule meetings/treatment at my mom's house around my work schedule.

Rick Ricker and all of his employees get the job done, whatever it takes. If a need comes up they are quick to respond and one of the most professional companies I deal with. I highly recommend this company.

It was great dealing with Rick, who clearly has pride of ownership and takes care of his employees (some of whom are also family members). He was helpful with explaining my options, was incredibly honest and fair on pricing, and his employees who actually came back out a few days later to do the work did a great job and were very clean and careful with everything. The fact that Rick had no problem sitting down on the floor to talk about the options so that I could chase after my 10-month old baby really sold me! I haven't seen a single bug since they came out two weeks ago.

Rick was super! I wish all service providers were this prompt, polite and personable. He went above and beyond what I expect from service providers. He is also so punctual he arrived 10-15 minutes before each scheduled service.
