I chose this company because of all of the positive remarks and the good grades that they got on Angie's List. The owner came to my house and gave me the estimate. I thought that he had a well thought out plan. I will keep them for the yearly treatments to keep the termites away.

He did a very good job. He wore dirty booty when he came into the house. He told me everything that he was going to do. He was very courteous when he was there.

Rick, the owner, showed up slightly ahead of the meeting time, spent the whole morning explaining the products, options, doing the inside and outside inspections. Within the week we had the 2 treatments. I have not seen a live silverfish since, or had the bathroom bug either(I can't remember what is was called). Even outside we have not gotten wasps under the eaves. I have had peace of mind all summer.

Everyone wanted to tent our house. I was happy that this company was able to take care of the problem with just spraying. He told us that it would last longer too. They have added extra services.

I've used Rick Ricker Termite and Pest Control for the past three years to control the termites and other insects in my house. The yearly charge covers four outside visits each year. They check the termite traps and spray around the outside of my house. Once a year, they treat the inside of the house with bug spray. I have recommended them to other people, as well.

This company was very thorough with their work. I was pleased with the fact that they did a great job spraying on the inside of my home. I will be using this company in the future.

They were prompt. They are really professional and they have achieved the services they said they provide. They gentleman cleaned up really well after himself as well.

He is on time to do the work. I would recommend him. He is professional while he works. I would use him in the future. The quality of his work is good. He is courteous and kind.

Very well. They performed the job after explaining exactly what to expect. They were punctual and the job was performed neatly. They have even returned to re treat areas that we needed to have carpentry work done and sprayed (at no additional charge) into these areas directly.

The service was smooth. The tech was friendly and assured me of any need to call feel free. Well have to wait and see how it goes from here.. but so far so good!

They were excellent and they showed up on time. They were courteous and they knew exactly what they were doing. They installed these "tent-like" things to get rid of the termites.

I had an excellent experience from start to finish. When I called for an appointment, they were able to give me an appt within a couple of days and give me an exact time (not just a four-hour window) on Saturday. They arrived on schedule, asked about what kind of bug problem I was having, and then treated every room in my home. The man who came was very polite and thorough, and I haven't seen a bug since they came! I would highly recommend this pest control service. They even called about a week later to check-in.

Rick came out and gave me an estimate. He was early and appeared to do a thorough job. He was very knowledgeable about termites. I approved the estimate and two days later, Rick's son came out and completed the job. He was early, too. He also appeared knowledgeable and did a thorough job. I plan on passing their card out the other neighbors on my street. :0)

It went great! The owner, Rick, came out to see us on the initial consultation. He carefully examined our house and property, explained his services thoroughly, and quoted us a price. No high pressure sales. His prices were so reasonable that we also signed up for their pest control service. He sent his technician, Warren, out to see us two days later. Both Rick and Warren were EXACTLY ON TIME! Very impressive. Warren was polite, friendly, and took care to put booties on when entering the house to keep it clean. He worked for several hours without taking a break and when he finished, the price I was quoted was the price I was charged. I also got an Angie's List discount.

I contacted Rick Ricker to perform a termite inspection and someone was sent out the following day. Although no evidence of termites was found, I purchased the preventative treatment and also the 1 year general household pests treatment. Chris came by the next day to perform the treatments. He worked quickly and was very thorough. After he was finished, Chris pointed out some things he noticed around my house. I felt completely confident that the job was done right. From start to finish, I am very happy with the service I received. Everyone I was in contact with was professional and helpful.

I phoned and spoke with Rick and told him I found his name on Angie's List. He came out to give an estimate very quickly and at my convenience. He was very patient with our full grown pesty puppy. We liked what he told us he would do and the price. The technician came on time and did a good job and we've had wonderful results. We are very pleased and would recommend Rick Ricker.

We have been having a huge ant and spider problem ever since we moved into the home about 7 mths. ago. We found Rick on Angie's List and we are glad we did. First the owner Rick came and did the inspection, which I think tells you about a business when the owner comes and makes the introduction of his company himself, and he then informed us that he could control our pest problem and wanted to schedule an appt. I could not schedule at that moment and told him we would be in touch. He actually contacted us again before I could call back. So we scheduled an appt. and his son came out and did our service. He was very professional and very thorough. Overall they did a fantastic job! I will always use this company b/c they take great care in what they do and actually explain everything to you. The owner Rick Ricker and his son both had the manners enough to take their shoes off at the door which I said wasn't necessary but they insisted. Definitely a great company and professional team!

He is a nice family oriented man. They came out within a week and were very thorough. They put booties on when they came in. They were very careful in the house, neat and clean, which was nice. One time there was a really big rain and we had to call them to come out, which they did promptly. They were very helpful in getting the issue taken care of. The price is for the year.
