He was on time, friendly and professional.

He gave me an Angie's List discount. I think the service was pretty good; I've not had the follow up inspection yet. He used sonic equipment to test for the termites. He tested several areas and let me know which areas were not termite infested. He's an honest guy and only treats the areas that need to be treated.

If we have any kind of pest problem, Rick Ricker will be the first service provider we call.

Rick has been very responsive and he's knowledgeable. His prices seem very reasonable. He sent someone out who we weren't too happy with, so he sent a second person out who did a much better job of the best control.

Warren was very conscientious in his drilling and cleaned up any debris. He was a very pleasant person to work with.

They are absolutely better than anyone else that I have dealt with in the past. They came back a week later to check to see if what they had done took effect. They are pretty thorough, prompt and reasonable in price, in my opinion.

It was excellent, they worked me in to their schedule. They usually do work on a contract basis but were very good about getting me in. They are very thorough and they got rid of the problem. He goes the extra mile and looks further for any further problems.

They charge by square foot, and it is a pretty reasonable price for the type of insulation. I loved working with them. They are very nice and punctual, and they explained everything very well. Mike Cirillo is the one who did the work for us.

The initial installation went fine. We've used Rick Ricker for several years and he did a great job and is easy to work with. Our complaint is that nine months after he installed the system we received a notice that Rick is no longer using this bait system and is phasing it out. We had just spent $1000 on the system and now he is trying to sell us a new product that would "work even better." As of August 15th, 2009, we reached a resolution and we are using his services again. I would happily recommend them.

There were some ants and other bugs prior to their treatment. Since the treatment, the tenants have been very satisfied with no bugs. They recently contacted us and let us know that they had been getting mail returned because they had been trying to send mail to the apartment building not our business address. It was time to renew. I asked them when they had completed the six-month treatment that was part of the original year-long contract. They said they sent a letter out to let customers know that they would not be doing any six-month treatments due to high gas prices and chose to do that versus raising people's rates. They said that I was still covered if I ever detected any bugs, I could call and get them to come out for a treatment. Clearly, I did not get this message due to their mail issues, and if I had, I would have had the same reaction. I pre-paid for the year that was to include an initial treatment and one six-month treatment. I do not think it is acceptable to change policies on pre-paid contracts. I still rated them with good marks on quality and overall because they were effective in bug treatment.

They came when they said they would. The estimator and the worker came on time. The man that checked the work said I should get rid of some of my wooden items in the garage. I waited until my cat died before I called someone. They were very kind and professional.

They did a very good job. They did arrive on time and were easy to work with. They did the work in a timely manner and they were very professional. The price that I paid was very reasonable.

Rick Ricker is fair, helpful and wonderful. The termite treatment was quick and easy (no tent!) and the followup service was wonderful. This is a family-owned and run business and the care the Ricker's take shows in their work and service.

Their services are very good. I still had some ants after one of the sprays and I called them and they came out and resprayed that same day. I would recommend them to others for pest control needs.

Since the first phone call, this has been the best company to work with. I am in the second year of working with them and they always respond quickly and take care of any problems. Donna always answers the phone and is very helpful and friendly and schedules someone to come out immediately for any problems, like rats in our attic. They also do a yearly pest control for everything. They set traps and came out continuously to check them because I did not want to do it. They always have shown up on time, just as they said. I would overwhelmingly recommend them!

Work still in process but will get rid of those little rats.

They are coming out on Friday to do the work. When they came out for the estimate, Mike was here and he was here right on time. He thoroughly explained what they did, and answered all of my questions for me. They have a very high rating on the list, and I can definitely see why. He spent quite a bit of time walking us around the house and showed us everything, and I was impressed that when he was finished, he said our house was in great shape and told us what our house did and didn't need to have done, so he didn't try to get us to do anything that we didn't need.

I phoned them they came and gave me an inspection and an estimate. They also explained a preventative termite service which I did not take. We set up an appointment and the service man was there on time and did the treatment.

They did an excellent job. They even removed the light switch covers to kill the bugs. After they were done all bugs were gone and have not come back. I will use these people again because I am very happy with them.

Awesome! Every person I have dealt with has been professional and friendly. They show up early every time and are gracious and really know their stuff. As a Realtor, I have even recommended them for my clients.

They were excellent, except I think that they sell more of an ongoing service. His warranty is only good if you keep paying for regular visits. A year later, I haven't had any problems yet. I wouldn't use him again only because I would want a warranty.
