They will come back anytime during the year if you need them and check for termites and also help you with getting rid of rats. We have some problems with rats and we also fruit trees, so we have fruit rats as well. We also have a big problem with ants and they have come out twice during the year and I am going to have them come out a third time. They are a good company that is conscientious and honest. We decided to use them because we had termites and everyone else said that we needed to tent the house and they said that we did not need to have it tented. They seemed to get rid the termites and recently did another inspection.

They were very thorough and came number of times. We had rats in the storage building and they set traps for them, but they did not come and check the traps and there was an odor in the building. We had termite and insect pest control too. We are able to call them anytime we need them. They also got a new machine where they could inject and spray above my bedroom ceiling. They were very cheerful, but apologetic if anything went wrong, and I really liked them. They came to the door at the dot of the hour they said they would be here and it was uncanny.

We were using another large corporate pest control chain when we first moved in. the service went ok for about 3 months, then after that we had issue after issue. The techs they sent out were clueless. When I canceled the account at the end of a year they didn't even bother to follow up or attmept to salvage the account. Those days were prior to Angie's List. So I went to angie's List and found Rick Ricker. Rick came out and did an initial walk through with me and gave me a great education about proper pest control and what his company would do. The annual service cost was comparable to what we paid the previous year so we went with that product. Warren then came out, very professional, very prompt, gave us more education about pest than we ever knew existed! He did an extremely thorough job and even dusted the attic - I had never even heard of that before. He didn't use harsh chemicals in the house so our pets (all 5) wouldn't be bothered, and he baited areas that we would have never thought about baiting before. GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT COMPANY!

We just moved to the area from another state. It was important to us to protect our new home from termites and pests. I checked Angies List and called Rick the same day. We are extremely pleased with the quality of work and the entire experience from start to finish.

Rick inspected the house and found dry wood termites in the attic. I didn't want to have the house tented as another company had suggested, and was glad to hear there was another method of treatment. He was professional and thorough and gave me an estimate. The technician, Chris, treated the house and was also nice and professional. A 30-day follow-up was completed on 6/25. I was very pleased with the service and have a contract for an annual inspection. I would certainly recommend this company.

They are good and the quality of service is satisfactory. They come and do the outside and phone to schedule inside work. They keep their guarantee by coming to eliminate any bugs if they show up again. They are very prompt in doing that and for no charge too. They also come out to give us an evaluation on problems that we have with plants and other issues.

Incredibly professional and very thorough. He has all of the material to show that he is certified. His prices were moderate. I told him that I already had termite hotels, and he told me why those specifically wouldn't work because they can backfire. I am looking forward to a long relationship with him, and I have no doubt that he is going to follow through with what he said he can do.

It was by far the best experience we have had with a Termite or Pest Control Company. Rick showed up right on time to do the initial inspection. It was very thorough and he explained in detail everything that he was doing. We got an estimate and immediately asked when he could come back and take care of the situation. A few days later an employee came right on time and did his job. He wore covers on his shoes and cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend this company.

They treated the area affected by the termites and applied TERMIDOR around the perimeter of our house. Overall they did a great job although the gentleman who performed the application forgot to close the yard gates. The application seem to be working since we haven't seen any termite swarms.

The tech was on time and very courteous and professional. He answered all of my questions, no problem. Trearting around the stump in back of the house was a bonus. I thought I got a good value for a whole house treatment and some free education in the process.

I called up on a Monday to get an estimate. Rick Ricker came to my house the following day. Rick did an inspection and actually crawled around in my attic area to check things out. Rick gave me a lot of education on termites and treatments. I had considered I might have to tent the house (but did not want the hassle), but after getting data and treatment statistics from Rick, happily scrapped the idea for an attic treatment. The price was excellent and I decided to go ahead and ask about treatment for other pests which I purchased as well. I felt the price was excellent. Two days later Rick's son Chris came to do the treatment. In performing the treatment, Chris crawled all through a very tight attic area. He gave me a report and diagram of where exactly he had seen termite damage, the severity of it, and estimated how long the termites had been there. I can say that this is the first time that I really felt confident that I knew what the state of my attic was and that the problem was handled. I highly recommend this contractor.

Another company's (dubious) pest control service tech came out and said we had termites, among other bugs. I mentioned this to Rick and he inspected all around the house to include the attic area and confirmed the company was wrong on their assessment of termites and in fact proved it by showing us the same area confirming it was a species of ants and not termites. He actually talked us out of the termite service for the time being, stating we were in good shape in this respect. We immediately hired them and haven't looked back since last year. We have called them out twice between regular service and everyone from the phone scheduler to the techs have been professional, prompt, and knowledgeable.

It always goes GREAT with Rick's company. They are so prompt you could almost set your clocks by them. All the techs are very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. I have used their services since Sept 2006 and wouldn't dream of using anyone else!
