The service was great, and so were the people.

We have signed a contract with them for a year. They are pretty good. I don't have any problems with the bugs. I would use their service in the future.

Rick Ricker is a professional and hard working pest control company. The exterminator spent 5 hours treating my property. If you see any pests after treatment they will come back out for free. I will definitely continue using Rick Ricker for all my pest control needs.

Christopher (adult son of Rick Ricker) was waiting when I got there a few minutes before the appointment time. We introduced ourselves and he began the inspection. Everything went well. Young adult Chris(no grey hair!) in his plastic protective suit crawled everywhere underneath the house. Grey haired me, in old clothes and long sleve shirt, crawled under as well and saw quite a bit, but not as much as Chris. Everything looked good and we both crawled back out. Chris also checked the outside of the house and inside giving commentary as he went along. At the end of the inspection, Chris worte up a report, gave me an estimate to keep those naughty subterraneans away and also a quote for if I(or my future tenants) wanted to keep nuisanse pest away.

I would definitely recommend Rick Ricker. He came out to my home for pest control estimate. He was very Professional. He applied booties before entering my home and explained every single thing he would do to eradicate all the pests. I did the annual pest control. The price depends on the square footage of your home. If there are any other problems before the year is up, they will come out and fumigate free of charge. After many other estimates I felt that he was the most professional and very knowledgeable. They came out on the 29th of April. They took down all the wasp nests and fumigated against them. I am very pleased with the outcome. I am already seeing the pests rest in peace!

We received an estimate several months back from Rick, but unfortunately could not have work done at the time. He was very thorough in explaining all the services we were interested in (general pest control, and termite). We even got a discount, but just couldn't at the time. So, after several months we were finally able to go ahead with the necessary services at the same prices previously quoted months back. It was also nice to find out we could split our treatment up so as to be even more affordable. We are very satisfied with the work done by both technicians - Warren and John. So far everything is great as far as pest control goes and we're hoping for the termites as well. Looking forward to our next appointment this month!

The owner himself came and completed an extremely through and professional termite inspection. I live in South Ft. Myers and used their services to receive an unbiased and honest answer. I may not have had any other services performed at this time. But for future "Professional Pest Control Services" I plan on using Rikers Pest control and am very proud to give them an "A" for everything that honesty can be defined by.

They did a good job. They came back for a check-up thirty days later. The owner, Rick, crawled all over the house and looked for problem areas.

Rick explained everything to us and provided a very reasonable estimate for treatment which was paid after the service was provided. We were so satisfied with all work done that we have contracted with the company for an annual inspection and treatment.

Overall, the experience was good. I signed a contract with them, so everything went well. I'm happy with their services.

We got Rick Ricker off Angie's List. This is a good company. We like them. We have used them for at least 3 to 4 years. They do a good job. If we ever have a problem they come within that week and spray the exterior of the house. We would recommend the price and service. They are a family-owned company. They are really great people.

They showed up on time, explained each step as they went along, showed us the condition of the home and any potential areas for insects and what they were doing to prevent them, etc. They explained what products they used, etc. We were very pleased with their service.

It was excellent. No trouble with him at all. I have been using him for two years now. The employee that came out was an extremely nice person, very clean. He made sure he didn't make any mess anywhere and was just a very personable person.

They came out and did a termite and pest control. The technician was very professional and answered all my questions regarding the bugs we have been seeing. He even set up a follow up before leaving because I was concerned about the bugs. They did the outside and the inside. He sprayed in certain areas and gave me some suggestions that will help eliminate future problems. We pay one set price and can call them throughout the year if we start to see any other problems.

We are on their annual service plan. I do pesticides and termites at about $400 or $500 a year. What stood out to me about them was their dependability. The technicians who come are very dependable, are on a regular schedule and if there are any questions that I have, I give them a call and they are responsive. They come out and answer my questions, check out whatever needs to be checked out, and leave.

Professional and efficient from initial phone call to completion of job. Quick turn around time from initial phone call to service visit. Rachel was knowledgeable, professional and efficient at the house. They called me to follow up and Rachel came out again to further address the ant problem I was having. Haven't had any problems since.

As I am located in the Fort Myers area I was most pleasantly surprised to learn this firm would provide service to me from their Tampa headquarters. Their exceptional rating was my reason for contacting them and they lived up to that rating. Their pricing was highly competitive and their salesperson's professional manner exceeded any of the 4 Fort Myers firms also contacted prior to selection for servie. I would highly recommend they be contacted for evaluation/pricing should anyone in the Fort Myers area require termite extermination services.

I got four estimates from Angies List members and decided on Rick. They were not the cheapest, but the most thorough. And I feel I got the best deal for treatment for both kinds of termites. Rick's son Chris actually did the work. He was very careful during the process and did not make a mess in the house or yard. They are coming back in 30 days to check on the infected area. This company has really good customer service.

This was an excellent experience. Rick initially came and performed the inspection and provided the free estimate. It was complete, yet efficient. I also appreciated that he truly listened to what we were requesting, and provided the type of treatment we desired, and did not pressure for more. The following week, his son performed the actual treatment. I have to say, he is THE most polite, professional man we have had in our home for any type of home service - and we have had many this year with our old bungalow. He took care of the task at hand, and I felt comfortable with him in my home, and the service he provided. He was a hard worker, and thorough. In the end, it was great to know this issue was taken care of, and I was happy to write the check to Rick Ricker for their service - which I must mention was much less than some competitors' estimates for inferior products and services! Thank you for the great service, and great price.

This has been a great investment. We have seen bugs only twice in nine months since treatment. On both occasions we called them and they were able to give us interim advice to treat it ourselves and later come out to do supplemental spot treatments which eliminated the issues.

He is reasonable for termite and pest control. He is cheaper that any other company we received estimates from. His work is very thorough as well.

Rick certainly has customer service down. He is both professional and friendlly. He is also very reasonable in his price structure. He based his price on our $3600 house on the bottom floor only keeping the price down considerably. He came out right away, presented his plan for us, was very well prepared and demonstrated he knew his business. When we agreed on the plan he scheduled two professionals to come out and treat the house, one for the pests and one for the termites. In addition, they left some traps bated but not set to see if we had a rodent problem. We know we had had one in the past and had indications they might not be gone. By doing this, we were able to see IF we had a problem before paying for an additional service. He was great to do business with and I look foward to working with him for the future.

I called them for a quote and over the phone they were very friendly and professional. They were able to tell me all that they do and the cost of there service. The lady that showed up was on time, thorough, and professional. She was able to communcate all that she was doing and when it came to settle up the bill she did a wonderful job explaining the warrenty. Since they have left I have never seem any kind of bug or insect in my home. I would recogmend them to anyone.
