They've been wonderful so far! They were here on time; everything went as planned. The tech worked constantly to make sure he left not only on time, but early. He did a great job of putting everything he had to move back where he found it. Everything went smoothly and I was very pleased.

He did all the inspection things I expected. Very friendly and informative.

Called Rick Ricker for appointment. Got a call back in a matter of an hour. Set up an appointment. The salesman came right on schedule and I toured him around the house and showed him where I thought termites had swarmed. He confirmed and we set up a date for a complete inspection and treament. The indvidual showed up as scheduled and treated the actic, the area where the termites had swarmed. He treated outside around the house and then looked completely through the house for anyother signs of termite swarms. When he left told me to keep watch for any swarms, he would come back. He thought that there would not be. No signs of any terrmites or even ants onthe out side of the house.

We've been very happy with them overall! We don't have any bugs, so it's been effective.

Very responsive. More expensive then other companies, however, everyone we have been in contact with have been very professional, helpful, informative and most of all, the pest control has been effective!!!! They have serviced our house twice since we moved in and have controlled the bug and roach problem!!! The home we moved into was vacant for about a year and had some bug issues. Very happy with the service and quality.

Scheduling was easy and Tom arrived right on schedule. Tom was there to perform an initial inspection and then explain what they offered. We agreed and scheduled the service. Tony arrived right on time and completed his service inside and outside of our home. Now it's too early to say that they were or were not effective but they are true professionals and provide outstanding customer service. The only reason that price wasn't given an A was that you have to be excellant to get an A and Good to get a B. The pricing was about what I would pay elsewhere so it's a fair and reasonable price.

I was thrilled that they did a free estimate for me! Luckily they found nothing in our house. They were on time, early even. They were also very professional and provided educational information. They were extremely responsive, and came out within two hours of my contacting them. If the system allowed me, I would nominate them for the page of happiness award because they certainly provided great service.

They are really responsive. It is $374 for the general pest control service and $161 for termite control for the year. I will continue to use them in the future.

I took advantage of the Angie's List deal for this 1 year pest control service. We have lots of ants in the kitchen and bathrooms. They were great with setting up the appointment and confirming the appointment, letting me know the name of the technician who was coming. The technician was right on time, and very professional. He found a problem we weren't aware of and gave us tips on how to prevent it. It's been about a month and we have virtually no ants! We can call them in the year for more treatments, and all the treatments are safe for animals and people so we didn't have to do anything with our cat.

Our technician was John. He was on time. (Also, I was given a specific time, not a window! Very exciting) John was extremely informative and friendly. He helped to set up the follow up appointment himself. The cost covered the trapping, disposal, and thirty days of follow up appointments every 3-5 days scheduled at MY convenience. I will absolutely be calling them with any future concerns and highly recommend them.

We have a newer cinder block home, so this was a great budget conscious option for us, which provides for prevention and annual inspection without the added cost of a termite bond.

Christopher arrived on time at 10:00 AM, very courteous, informative as he worked throughout the day, thorough and methodical in his treatment methods leaving at 3:30 PM. All exposed wood was sprayed with Timbor; in garage, attic spaces, crawl space and misted around the outside the fireplace. Termidor was used in select active termite areas with a needle injection into the front door, damaged areas in the wood floor and front window sill.

We were very pleased. The representatives of the company were very professional, knowledgeable and prompt. The work was completed on time and they came back 30 days later to inspect the house to insure the termites were gone. I would definitely recommend this company.

I like their services very much. I also like that you're covered for the whole year, so you can call them out at no charge. They deal with ant and bee problems when they pop up.

They will treat the entire house. They will come out for an entire year. They came out and got rid of the problem. I had an issue with one of the technicians, and the owner called me to handle the problem. We were very pleased with them.

We have used Rick Ticker Termite and Pest Control for several years. It seems like a bit of money to put down but we have never had any problems with termites or bugs. I really have a problem with any kind of bugs and they have made a world of difference regarding bugs since they started. When we do see the occasional bug throughout the year it only takes one phone call and they are back out to spray or control what the problem is. We have been pleased with their professionalism and their wonderful staff. They have a consistent staff which is a great plus. They worked around our three dogs and cat. I would recommend them to everyone. It is so nice to have a great company I feel I can trust my home with and In Florida everyone needs a great pest control service!

After doing a very complete inspection of the home for the estimate, they answered all our questions in detail. The service tech came out on New Years Eve to spray and explained everything he had done. About 2 months later we had a small ant problem return to our kitchen and they came out, no questions asked, to respray the area effected.

He was contractor of the year. They are wonderful. I have used them forever.

From the first phone call that I made through to the follow-up visit, my experience with Rick Ricker Termite and Pest Control Inc was a positive one. When I called this company, I was greeted with pleasant, professional courtesy. Richard came out within a few days to assess whether or not I had termites and what they could do for me to eliminate the problem. He was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable with many years of experience to back it up. He even put shoe covers over his shoes before entering my home. After confirming that I did have live drywood termites, he gave me some options for treatment without pushing me into anything I didn't need. He helped me set up an appointment to have Chris come out to treat my home for the live infestation as well as a preventative treatment to protect my home from subterranean termites. A few days later, Chris came out to complete the job. He was very knowledgeable and polite and had my home completely treated within a few hours. He treated the entire attic, including the garage, the site where there was visible infestation, inside select walls, behind the bathroom tubs and the entire outside perimeter of the house. You would never know that he had been in my home and there was minimal disruption to the landscape surrounding my home. The chemicals that they use have no odor and are safe for pets and humans. The company set up an appointment to inspect my home 30 days after treatment to insure that there were no live termites left. Chris came out again to do the final inspection. I have not seen any signs of any kind of insects since the treatment. They guarantee their work for the life of the home and treated me like I was family. I never talked to an answering machine and whomever I did talk to, was always pleasant and willing to accommodate me. I would absolutely use them again and I tell everyone that I know to use this company.

Very Good Company that stands by their commitments and agreed work. The Office Manager too is very friendly and co-operative and Mr Ricker, also gets involved if there are any issues that need his attention. Was a pleasure doing business with them. I think the above mentioned sentiments also would be appropriate here but then maybe that would simply be a repetition, so suffice to say the experience was a pleasant one that I would happily recommend to any one considering Pest Control problems.
