We've been using Rick Ricker for well over 10 years and wouldn't think of using anyone else. Anytime we have an issue someoen is out in days to address. His pricing is fair and his service is top notch....youi will be disappointed

So far so good! The quality and breadth of the treatment was impressive. They searched the whole house, attic and garage before treating all areas preventatively, and spot treating affected areas.

I pay them every year and they come out once a year if needed. Actually they come out whether they are needed or not. They come when they say they're going to come. They're very nice and professional. They get the job done. I haven't had as many occurrences of termites as in the past.

It went great from the initiative inspection to annual treatment. Everyone is very professional from office staff to the men in the field.

Can't say enough good about this company. I have had a few contracts with them for years. They are always professional, thorough, prompt, and very courteous. And their prices are reasonable. In one situation, a tenant had a sudden swarm of termites; they returned her call immediately and sent someone out the same day. Problem solved. Recently, I had one glitch with them, and the owner was more than accommodating - resolved it very quickly, and in a way that was better than I expected. Wish all companies were like this.

Fabulous...no mess and feel confident we should have no other problems...but if we do, we will be taken care of bwfire termites become an issue

It went extremely well. Chris came out and thoroughly inspected our home. He went into the attic, and he also crawled under the home to check underneath. He only had to treat one small area. (The grounds and substructure were treated, by them, with Termidor a few years back.)

The treatment went went really well. No sign of the little pests since the initial treatment. Additionally we are covered for a full year from treatment!

Overall it went well. I have used them a long time. Occasionally they send over a tech who is not up to speed. When that happens I get activity and have them over again to spray.

Could not be more pleased. Very professional and thorough. Explained everything. After 30 days a followup inspection was completed. My previous experience with another company was a total rip-off. I am very happy that I found this company on Angie's List and will gladly continue their yearly service. Very highly recommended.

I have to say that it started out a little rocky but has ended on a very positive note. The first gentleman that came gave us a quote and said it would take "at least 3 hours" to do the house and gave us a price to which my husband and I agreed to. The first pest control man that came, was on time, however he was finished before 2 1/2 hours. We had to call them back several times and they sent a very nice young man on the subsequent calls, who has always been on time, is very professional, courteous, explains things very well and does an excellent job. This company follows up very well and stands up behind their work and product. I know if we run into more problems they will come back. We no longer have a pest issues and would definitely recommend this company.

The whole Rick Ricker team is great to work with. We've been using them for whole house, annual pest control and it's always worked great. Once or twice by month 10 or 11 we've seen come across a roach (and to set the scene - we have 100 acres of woods behind us - so - we're deep in bug territory), but the team always came out free of charge to re-apply when that happened. We recently started using their mosquito program - and have had AMAZING results!! Again, we're backed up to woods - and behind that, salt marshes - so yeah, the mosquitoes are brutal around here. Prior to the treatments we would have swarms of mosquitoes even in the mid-afternoon sun! I think we're on our 6th month of treatment now and I've only been bitten once! We can finally use our backyard again!

Fantastic. Loved the company. Unfortunately they stopped servicing here (Miami) and sold my business to another company. Not nearly as good. Wish they were back!!

They come in, ask if there are any issues and if so they spend extra time in that area. Always on time, courteous, professional, diligent and thorough. As you can tell I feel they do a very good job.

Those little ants periodically come back but not the way they did before.

It went very well. Inspector was very professional and wore booties inside the house.
