Outstanding. It took care of our immediate problem and provides us protection for as long as we maintain the contract in case we notice any additional termite presence. I found the price to be fair and the service to be thorough.

The service has been good overall. My house is bug-free!

I felt like the price was a little high and have found some less expensive pest control companies. Not sure if their service is worth the price or not.

He was on time, very polite and got to work. I mentioned the ant hills when he started. I was out in the yard yesterday and there are ant hills all over the place in the front yard. I'll call and ask about this.

I recently purchased my house and had not moved in as of the appointment time. There was no indication of a bug/pest problem, but I wasn't taking any chances. I was able to get an appointment very quickly. When the guy came out he explained everything to me and also offered to upgrade my service for a small fee which I took advantage of. He treated my house and even filled in the gaps with caulk for me. So far no issues. It was a pleasant experience and I will defiantly be working with them again as long as things stay bug free.

Everyone with Rick Ricker is incredibly friendly. They gave us a quote and worked with us in orde to make it fit our budget. A week later they treated the entire house (half a day of work at our house) and after two weeks we were still seeing some ants and water bugs. We called Rick Ricker and with no questions asked they sent someone out at our earliest convenience and gave the problem areas a second treatment. Since then we have had no more issues. things can't always be done to perfection the first time, however it's important that a company will come back until the job is done correctly and they did.

The initial consultation was great and informative. We received a great overview on what to expect. The treatments effects were immidiately noticeable. We only saw one more random bug and we could literally see the ants responding to the treatment (coming out of the walls). We had a service tech come out to check on a few weeks after the initial treatment and he performed a thorough inspection and actual found a previously unseen and quot;ant highwayand quot; under the kitchen sink. He treated that issue and to date...no other issues have appeared. Great customer service and follow ups as well.

They were professional, knowledgeable, on time, able to work with our schedule and financially as we paid with cash and credit. We also got a discount for being military .So far the porch looks ok we havent seen termite dust particles as before.

Very good experience. Detailed walk through, examined interior and exterior of home and listened to my concerns vs. just trying to sell a contract. Timely, responsive and professional. Treatment was performed quickly. Did not skimp on treatment. Time will tell if the problem is resolved. But, so far, an excellent experience. Update: 10/26.....It's the day after treatment and the first morning in months that I don't see ants. Thanks!

Their prices are reasonable and they do a good job. They are very comprehensive. We have not had any issues with them. They will come out if there is any follow up issues necessary.

Noticed that I had dry wood termites on a built in oak shelving unit. Got a few quotes. Rick Ricker came out, gave me a good quote. He was on time, super polite, and very knowledgeable! He felt sure my problem was minor, and didn't need the million dollar treatment. Booked an appt. and they came within a few days. On time, polite, and did a GREAT job! They are also scheduled to come back for a check up at no charge! Love them, would use them again!

On Thursday January 26, 2012 at about 11:00 a.m., my wife called me at work to tell me that there was a swarm of black termites along one of the interior walls of the house. I got on Angie's List and found Rick Ricker's that was relatively close by my house. They had someone at our house by 2:30 p.m. to investigate, propose a treatment and provide an estimate. They were very responsive and friendly. On Saturday January 28, 2012 a Rick Ricker employee arrived on time as scheduled at 12:30 p.m. who performed the treatment that was completed at about 3:32 p.m.. This employee was very knowledgeable, curteous, and performed his work in a clean manner. He worked diligently to complete the treatment in a reasonable amount of time. We were very pleased with the quick response, treatment results and price.

Excellent service, communication and price. Knowledgable service technician. Would use again.

Jason showed up at the exact time of the appointment and asked if I had any questions. He explained what he was going to do. He was very thorough and professional. He explained what he was doing as he went along. It took about 2 hours. After he was finished he went over the contract again and asked if there were any questions. This is a nice company to do business with. Easy to see why they have all "A's" in their ratings.

I am extremely satisfied with the service. It has only been 8 days but I have not seen another insect in our home. Excellent service!

Office was great, set up appointment right away, sent a followup letter after they had been out. Service was provided and I have a guarantee that I have not exercised yet that they willcome out if I have any problems. Will continue to use them for my yearly pest control.

It went very well. The owners son came out to do the treatments. He was very friendly and worked really hard. It was a scorching hot day, but h worked fast for several hours without any breaks. Dug up the dirt around the house to apply the termite termidor treatment. He took off the outlet/switch coverplates to spray in the walls for the anual pest control treatment. He was very thorough. It did take them a few weeks to come out. But that is the price you pay to get the highly rated businesses that have a lot of business coming their way.

Everything went great. I had no problems at all. They treated my house once and then I had some critters come back so they came back for free and took care of it. I haven't had any problems since. I would certainly use them again.

John arrived on time and proceeded to give me a detailed explanation of what he was going to do and how he would go about it. He was very attentive to my special needs and was willing to make minor changes to facilitate the process for me. He then proceeded to do his job and was very efficient and informative every step of the way. He was very thorough and detailed in his examination of the rooms and my furniture. All in all, I am very pleased with the service and reassured that my home, my family, and belongings are safe and secure from the threat of dry-wood termites.

A very nice person from the company came to inspect my home and give me an estimate as to extermination services. I told the saleman that I would call him back when I made a decision after interviewing several other companies I got off of Angie's list. For the next week I received a bunch of calls from this salesman, sometimes twice a day, I finally had to tell this guy "please, do not call me again"!

We called Rick Ricker to give us and estimate on what it would cost to treat our house as we had seen a few bugs and a lot of ants. Richard came to see us and explained the process, chemicals and price. We had decided to do this before he came as they were recommended by a friend and had a gret rating on Angie's list. We have a dog and was concerned that the chemicals woud hurt him. It was explained that there would be no harm to the dog. We scheduled service for June 2, 2012 at 1:30PM. Jason was are technitian and he arrived promtly and explained what he was going to do. After we were confortable with him, he began. He started by knocking down all of the wasp nests and then spraying some chemical to keep them from coming back. He then came inside to treat the house. He removed light swich fixtures and sprayed inside the walls. He went thru the whole house. He then went to spray under the sink and water areas. He then went outside and sprayed around the house. He did this a couple of times with different chemicals. He also explained that we were protected for one year and if we had a problem to just call them and they would come back at no charge. It has now been two and a half weeks since the spraying and I have not seen one bug or any ants. They did a very professional job and I would use them again.
