The technician was very knowledgeable of the pest and the proper treatment on the initial visit. The initial treatment did not get rid of the pests. They have returned three times to continue to treat my premises. The problem has definitely improved. They have promised to return until the problem is solved. The company is very responsive to calls for follow up service. I am impressed with their promptness. They always come at the time of the appointment.

His service was great. He answered immediately on my calls. The guy was very polite and professional. He explained the treatment, and did what he was supposed to do.

We have a huge tick infestation. They've sent out a different technician each time and have done different things each time. I feel like they could do a little better on coordination for treatments. Overall, everything has been okay.

We had these spiders that are larger than terantulas. We had called other companies to help and they couldn't. So we called them and they sprayed and we haven't had problem since. We will be calling them back for maintence

The staff were very accommodating and pleasant when booking the appointment. They gave me my first choice of dates and times. On the day of treatment the worker called to say he was on the way and to give me his exact arrival time. He was business-like and professional. He explained what he was going to be doing and how it would work. He got right to work and didn't waste time with idle chatter although he was friendly and explained what he was doing and asked if I had any questions. He was careful to not track in dirt as he came in and out of the house. He answered my questions fully within his level of capability. I like the fact that I did not have to breathe toxic fumes and that the material he used to innoculate my house is hidden in spots I don't have to worry about my grandchildren getting into. My house is a vacation home so I was only there about 6 weeks after the treatment. No bugs during that time. I'll find out if the treatment is still working when I return in May.

I had a horrible ant problem. They came out and sprayed, and ants were gone for about 4 days and then the ants were back. The company called to check on things and said they would send someone out again since I still had ants, which they did and this time it worked. Yea!!! It has been at least 2 months since they were here and ants are still gone. It is a joy to be able to cook again without fighting them. The people at the office was very helpful and nice and the guys that came out were top notch.

Rick Ricker Termite and Pest Control technician, Sean was very effective in treating the termite problem caused by a skylight leak. He made three visits. The first was to give an easily understood estimate. We did have a $100 coupon that helped bring down the price. The second visit was to treat the infestation. (During that visit he dug trenches around the exterior perimeter, and sprayed into the trenches. He then injected remediation material into interior walls that also showed termite evidence.) The third trip, 30 days later and after the installation of a new skylight, he helped us pull down some termite damaged wallboard (revealed by the roofers during skylight replacement) and investigated the interior wall damage. He assessed there was no longer live termite activity, and noted the damage done by termites to the underlying framing around and beneath the sky light. Throughout the process he explained what he was doing and educated us on “all things termite.” We would not hesitate to recommend Rick Ricker Termite and Pest Control, and will most certainly employ the company for yearly termite protection!

Positive: this company was very attentive and professional. They work hard to satisfy the customer and explain service and option. Easily could have oversold me upgrade services but was honest when explaining that it was not necessary for my home. Negatives: I responded to a groupon/promotion the promotion quoted 149 with a year warranty. The promotion did not say anything about a 45 dollar service charge for coming back out to perform followup services during the warrantly period and after teh first 30 days (follow up within the first 30 were free). I expected a warrantly to be just that. But the year warrantly only means that if you need followup within the year they will do it but there is an additional charge. The promotion I responded to and purchased ahead of time made no mention of it. I scheduled a follow up and arranged to have someone at my home to let the person in within the first 30 days. Unfortunately, the person performing the service was over two hours late and the person I arranged to be present could not wait so I did not get the indoor follow up. They did perform the outdoor. (These things happen so i do not consider this a negative per se.) Overall, I would rate my experience and and quot;Aand quot; even though i had issues with the promotion and the punctuality of the driver because the company was very courteous and professional and seemingly honest. 32169

The company showed up right when they said they would, they gave me a price to do the work, including closing up the possible entry points the rats were coming in, then they came back several times over a period of a month to check the traps they set to make sure they had trapped all the rodents remaining inside the house. This is a rental property so they sent me emails with the work orders every step of the way so I knew what was going on the whole time. I was very pleased. I highly recommend them.

After purchasing the certificate from Angie's List, it was easy to schedule the appointment. Services with Rick were on time and fast. We haven't had any issues since but he has offered to come back any time we need him to. We will definitely keep using him - the great service (and lack of bugs) is worth it!

Their representative arrived on time and performed a full service treatment for pest control. So far, haven't seen a bug near the house.

We noticed damage to a baseboard during a New Year's Eve party this year, and immediately went to Angie's list to find a company who could assist us with the problem. We had three different companies, all of which were rated well, come out to perform an inspection and provide estimates. Richard provided a comprehesive review of the situation, along with an action plan, at the lowest rate of the three companies we dealt with. When we decided to go forward with their treatment plan, Gail did a fantastic job of communicating schedules and costs, to ensure we had no surprises on the treatment date. They arrived on time, and performed the treatment professionally. They also scheduled a follow up appointment to ensure the treatment was successful. I've always heard about the nightmares associated with termites and their treatment, so I was very pleasantly surprised how effectively and efficiently Rick Ricker handled the problem. i highly recommend them for their professionalism and ability to quickly and inexpensively handle the problem.

I had several different types of ants. Large Carpenter ants were my biggest concern, I also had an issue with spiders and some other type of silverfish looking bug, but they were not a silverfish. The technician was very polite and explained how he was going to treat them all. He did a thorough look around the inside and out. Did what was required and answered all my questions. I did continue to see live spiders and he returned a week later to take care of them. Quality service for sure...

I was very impressed by the fact that the technician, Tim was at my house 10 minutes early. He was very punctual and he was very courteous. Upon my telling him that I had never had a pest control service that showed up on time, he replied confidently, and quot;we always show up on time, and we always do a good job.and quot; Well, Rick Ricker Pest Control did show up on time and, thus far, have done a great job. They've been excellent so far. Every time we have needed them to come back they come right out despite being located a bit further away. They are always very polite and professional.

serviceman appeared to know what he was doing. He was in uniform and clean.

Called and was able to make appointment for the next day, arrived on time and was very friendly, my dog even liked him. We have used them before for our termites and were very happy with the service. He asked about trouble areas and explained what was going to be done. He took care of the outside first and then inside. Left all the paperwork and even got a follow up email regarding the warranty and if we had issues how to proceed. They are great and friendly, easy to deal with and professional. Defiantly recommend and will use again if needed!!!!

the service man arrived on time. he was friendly and knowledgable. he treated the house in a professional fashion, shared with me both what I had contracted for and what he had done. informed me of my rights under the and quot;call backand quot; provision. and was on his way.

Rick Ricker has been extremely friendly from the very beginning. At first they came out to give us an estimate and explain how their treatment works--one spray last the entire year! We were told our specific case was slightly different because we had just moved into the house, which was vacant for quite some time before, we were told we would probably need a second or third spray as well--of course with the annual service you pay once for the year and they will come and spray as many times as needed. They sprayed the yard, the exterior of the house, and on the inside they fogged the attic and sprayed behind outlet covers and things of that nature. We were told to wait 30 days for the chemicals to take full effect, at which point we could call any time we saw even one bug. We were very impressed with the concept of this so we went ahead with the annual service. Our house must have been vacant for a long time because we have had to call several times for them to come back out--each time they have been able to come out the next day! We have definitely seen an noticeable impact--but we do still see lots of ants, they tell us its just a matter of calling them every time and re-spraying until the ants are gone. Hopefully that will be soon! They have remained to be very friendly and prompt--often times calling ahead of schedule and seeing if they can come early--very professional and courteous. Even with a few ants, for this type of friendly and quick service, I will continue to use their annual service.

I called the company on Friday and they scheduled service for the following Monday. Tech arrived as scheduled, explained the problem and solution to me, and treated areas in the utility room as well as several locations outside the house. Haven't seen any more ants. Great customer service.
