Our experience with them went very well. I was not here, but my wife was. Basically, he said that he would spray the outside, the cracks, whatever in the house, and used some kind of stuff like a fog line. It seems to be working fine at this juncture.

They were excellent, I would highly recommend them.

Overall, I am pleased with the customer service skills of everyone in the office and in the field. I had set up an appt. for an estimate on 4/6. The sales rep was not able to locate my home because he was not given my appt. number. The sales rep did call my cell phone but the phone did not ring and he did not leave a message. I noticed the missed call after 30 minutes had passed by and no one had shown up. After several phone calls, the sales rep came back to the house for the estimate. He did apologize for not leaving a message and for not having the apt. number. (I know it was not his fault about the apt. number). The sales rep did take his time and went over what service would work best for me. I did express to him this was the first time I was having this done to my home. Satisfied with the information I received, I scheduled an appt. to service my home the following Saturday at 3:30pm. The technician called around 10am to let me know he was running late but that he would make it over. The tech arrived at 4pm and serviced the home. I do feel like there were some areas where he could have taken a little more time. For example, he only uncovered 3 outlets and placed bait inside of them. From my understanding, all of the outlets located to the main frame of the home were going to have bait placed inside of them. Maybe this is my misunderstanding. Also, after the home was serviced I am starting to see more roaches than before. I did call the office and was told this was normal. The roaches are eating the bait and dying. (I wish I would have known this so I could have been prepared). From having a home with little issues of roaches inside to seeing a roach every day, I wish I would have hold off in servicing the home. I am not happy with the outcome but I did speak with Mr. Ricker and he has offered to send someone out again.

The gentleman who came out was very courteous, professional and arrived on time. He was very thorough. After the initial treatment, he indicated it might be necessary to come out again if I was seeing the ants after two weeks. After the two weeks I was seeing a large number of ant bodies in the back room of the house and he came out again for another round of treatment. I have only seen a few bodies since and I am very happy with the work they performed and would definitely use their services again if needed.

We had tried a few other local companies to stop the annoying earwigs from invading our home. They continued to penetrate the barrier. Finally decided to call Rick Ricker and so glad we did. We have not seen an earwig or any other pests in almost a year. Don't want to jinx myself, but this company is the real deal! So, if you are looking for a pest control company that stands by their promise of killing all the bugs -- Rick Ricker is the company to call!

The tech was knowledgeable and explained what he was doing through the process. He was very detailed and professional. I felt I received a great deal and the work performed was very good.

I called Rick Ricker and scheduled and appointment. They arrived at the exact time they said over the phone. He took a look around the house, inside and out. I chose the whole house pest overage option. All exteriors were sprayed, including the mulch and spot ant treatments and all loose cobwebs were removed. Inside the house, he removed every single wall plate and put bug stuff inside of them, he dusted the attic, gel baited the inside cabinets and sprayed the whole interior of the house. He even wore protective coverings for his shoes! These guys are top-notch!!

We ordered the Termidor termite treatment initially and requested service on a Saturday. They were very accommodating. Warren, our technician, arrived early (which was fine by us) and thoroughly explained the process. Following the treatment, we also asked about in-home pest control and he explained which program would work best for our needs. Impressed with his professionalism and thoroughness, we purchased the program and Warren was able to treat our house immediately. Again, he explained what was being done step-by-step. We also purchased the fire ant control after discussing with Warren. He scheduled it for three days later, again arriving early, treating thoroughly and representing the company well. While it's only been a week, the ghost ants (inside the house) are gone after we had been trying to deal with them on our own for quite some time. As a bonus, the treatments were so safe that our children were able to continue to play and go about their weekend as usual.

They were on time for their initial inspection and treatment. The service was for a 1 year pest control service. They treat one time and then come back if necessary. We live in a 90 year old house with a crawl space and I haven't seen a bug since their service in the main house. We have a large brick paver driveway that is susceptible to ants. The initial treatment got most of them, but we still had a small problem there and in the detached garage. My wife called, and they came the next day. I think it's a fair price and great service. I am anxious to see how things go throughout the summer, but I am optimistic that I have found our pest control service for the foreseeable future.

This is a great business to deal with. The office staff is very pleasant and professional. The technician came out on time and quickly went to work putting pest control material behind the home's plugs and switches and under the sinks. He would have usually done the grounds surrounding the house, but since the sod wasn't laid yet plus it was raining, he will come back in several weeks and do the outside (at no additional charge). The technician was quick and professional. I HIGHLY recommend Rick Ricker's Pest Control company.

Rick Ricker Termite and Pest Control came to my rescue to get rid of ghost ants that were invading my house. I was using another company for pest control, which came out to treat for pests every quarter. They were unable to get rid of the ghost ants. After 2 treatments from Rick Ricker, the ghost ants are gone! I haven't seen them come back after nearly 2 months. I am very satisfied with the treatment they provided. I am going to sign up for an annual pest control plan with them!

Rick Ricker explained ahead of time what he was going to do..answered my doubts and questions well....went on to inspect and apply the treatment.....went very well!

Technician arrive on time . He explained the procedure and went right to work. He was careful not to disturb our belongings and was respectful of our cat. he was pleasant to talk with and took the time to answer our questions.

the company had to come back only once during the initial year to get rid of daddy-long-leg spiders. True to the contract, the service was performed free of charge. I continue to use Rick Ricker and have had no problems since initial treatment and that one follow-up service.
