We purchased an Angie's Deal for 50% of the typical price. Unfortunately we received pest control treatment commensurate with the amount we spent. The sugar ants never went away. Treating myself with Orkin bought from Home Depot. Fingers crossed.

The technician arrived on time and promptly told us about the packages that Rick Ricker offered as well as the prices. After agreeing to the package, he immediately started his work by spraying the house. His work was very thorough and concise, and we were happy overall.

The service went well. I did not read the fine print of the deal so I had to pay an additional $65 for them to do all of the extermination of the roaches. Overall the service was good.

Fine, on time and satisfactory. Good to work with.

It went okay and everything was fine. They were on time and nice.

This is an update to my review of 6/8/13. This company really cares about their customers. After noting in my last review that I didn't feel the product worked very well, they called and came out and did another service - no charge. So far so good. I tremendously appreciate their responsiveness,

The exterminator was very punctual and professional. He explained what he was doing and why. Answered my questions about other pest concerns.

David spent hours in my townhome looking for and treating for termites in my home. He made recommendations for repairs that need to be done. He was clean and prompt, and very professional. He answered all of my questions completely and the office followed up the next day to make sure I was happy. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

Rick Ricker Termite and Pest Control Inc. were good. They showed up on time and did what was requested. I signed up with them for spraying on a regular schedule.

Fine. The technician arrived early, worked efficiently, and was pleasant to talk with. My only concern was that the entire house wasn't sprayed. I gathered this wasn't part of the special deal. I should've verified this with the provider, but I was happy enough.

It was the first time i had pest control. It seemed pretty basic. Since I do not have any yardstick I cannot say if they did better or worse. I did not have any problems though.

He sprayed inside and outside out, and everywhere we asked him to. Nice guy, very professional, but the ants came back a week later so I guess the product wasn't strong enough. It should have lasted more than a week. I'm not inclined to call them back

It worked out well. The guy was super nice. He came and did the house. It was quick, no trouble. He was patient with my dogs. So not much more that I can ask from them. The guy came very professional and friendly and that that would be my basis for recommendation. I haven't seen any more bugs than I've had before and so as far as the quality and the products, I can't speak to that but he explained to me everything that he'd be doing. I thought he was just thoroughly good.

Rick showed up 30 minutes early for the appointment (NOT a problem!) and spent about 1.5 hours applying the treatment both inside and outside the house. Did a thorough check inside the home to see if there was any termite damage.

He only sprayed the bathrooms on the inside and kitchen when he should have done the whole house.

They were professional and did a good job. It took a few visits to remove the carpenter ants we had, but after a month they look to be gone. I'd use them again and they were certainly better versus the cost/attentiveness/knowledge of Orkin or Terminex.

He said that was what it was going to take and that was what it took. It cost what the coupon said it would. I have not had any yet and he will follow-up next year. I will see how it goes. He got there 6 minutes before his scheduled time and came to the door at his scheduled time. He was prompt and everything is looking good. I would use him again.

I don't know if I am going to blame the company or Angie's list. Overall what happened is it was advertised on Angie's list, the Big Deal, that I will only pay $65 for a $125 service. But when the person showed up at home, he said that he was just going to spray the kitchen and the bathroom area. He said that we are just paying $65 and that's what we get for that. Well, I was kind of disappointed with that response and I don't know what to make of it. I don't know if that's the fault of Angie's list or the company. EDIT 7/25/13: The owner of the company called me and worked out a solution to make my experience better. He sent out a technician and improved the service. I have updated the grade from a F to a B for the new service provided.

great. He made an appointment. was running late and called to let me know what time he would arrive. did a thorough job throughtout the house. I was very pleased.
