We just moved into a new condo unit in Cocoa and needed to get setup with a pest service. These folks had really good reviews so I gave them a call. We are only down for a few days so I was worried I couldn't get a treatment scheduled. However, I called and spoke with the office and they were able to send Chris out today. He did a very thorough job and explained everything. We are now setup on an annual plan and look forward to Chris keeping us bug free.

They are good, and they do a lot. We ended up upgrading to a yearly package. We chose to keep using them because of the reviews on Angie's List and the price. They seem to do a good job. We have not had any issues with them. Everything has been fine.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. The treatment was successful. The service came with a one year warranty. I paid an additional amount for a one year service with them. The service was average. If I call in for roaches in the kitchen and they come to the site, I ask them if they can do the garage, they would tell me that they only came to do the kitchen.

Their price was fair and ndash; they do fewer visits than the other companies, but charge a bit more per visit. However, they seemed to get the job done with the fewer visits. The above charge is for the first service, and it's 85 dollars per quarter. It's nice not to have someone coming every other month, too.

It went fine. They came out did their work and left.

Ok. Have not noticed any roaches.

They were superb. They were thorough. He did the inspection and treatment for me for pest control. He came back a month later to check on the process and everything was fine then and I would definitely use him again. He even left me a folder with details, and I am thankful that he was very organized.

Extremely well! Dave is very professional, very thorough, explains things clearly. I tried to warn him that this house would provide more obstacles than he might normally experience, as major packrats are in residence. He dealt with this very patiently, efficiently, and as far as we can tell, effectively. It is clear to me from reading the many good reviews on Angie's List as well as the contact we had with this company that they will stand behind what they do and that they're very responsive to any questions or concerns that the customer may have. Thanks so much, both to Angie's List and to Dave and Rick Ricker Termite and Pest Control! This has been a HUGE load off my mind.

It was really good. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. There weren't any additional charges. They gave us some ideas for follow-up maintenance in a year or so. It was a new house, so we just kind of act preventative. He didn't try to up-sell us or anything. He told us you don't need this expensive thing, you probably just want to do a regular yearly maintenance. He gave us a quote for yearly termite control. He was just very pleasant. He was great and he was on time.

That was the second time I used him for the subsequent year of treatment. I was very pleased with the outcome.

He did a complete service of the interior and exterior of the house excluding the garage. Offered follow up service.

It was great. They explained everything very well, where they treated all the termites that I had. I don't have anymore coffee ground droppings. It stopped. They actually did get the termites that I had. I like the way they treated my entire home. Plus, to testify that what they use works for years. The plan that they gave me was a good price. I can have them come back anytime I bring any new wood into my home and deck that could possibly bring termite in. I'm more pleased with them than I have been with any other termite company. They charged $650 for first year of the plan. The next year would be less than that to continue the plan. They're A+, they're the best.

They were very good and will come again if we need them. No more bug problems here!

Can't remember price for garage add on. Original price was based on square feet and I just gave cooled portion of house as you do in real estate. What he did there seemed very minimal...maybe two sprays running down the middle about a third of the from each side. He said it was repellant. I was somewhat dissatisfied that they did not tell me to include garage footage in original price Overall a good experience. Six months later the only bugs I find are dead.

Riick Ricker Pest Control managed to fit me in before I left Cape Coral to fly back to my home in Alaska and sent Tom to do a treatment on my home I had just purchased...he was there for over two hours spraying in and out perimeters around my home, plus he dusted my attic and dusted each one of my outlets, treating for ghost ants...I was so impressed with the work Tom did that I signed on for a year with Rick Ricker Pest control. Tom your the best and a PLUS to that company!! I was new to the area and had hired someone prior to finding Rick... and quot;All U Need Pestand quot; and that guy was a nightmare not to mention demanded money up front before he would even start and was at my house 10-15 minutes, I asked him if he dusted the attic and he told me he had dusted the attic when he came out to give me a bid, in which was a lie, and he never omce went upstairs...was a waste of my time, just wish I had joined Angies list to begin with and got ahold of Tom then I would have had one extra day in SW florida to play instead of waiting for someone that was useless! thanks Rick for fitting me in and many Thanks to Tom for job well done!!! The and quot;Big Dealand quot; was a BIG WASTE OF TIME. The technician spent 20 minutes trying to explain why he couldn't solve my problem and 10 minutes actually performing the Treatment. After the TREATMENT, i HAD A WORSE BUG PROBLEM THAN BEFORE. If I had this service performed on my own, rather than thru Angie's List, I would dispute the charge on my VISA account.

Tom was exceptionally professional each time. The attention to detail was terrific, and he ensured to explain what each step would accomplish. The company was very receptive when we called after three days to let them know we still had activity. We had an appointment within 48 hours and the initial results look very promising. I can't over emphasize the professionalism, courtesy, promptness and attention to detail. I highly recommend this office and the services they provide.

He reviewed everything he was going to do during the service call. The process took a while, however, I believe everything was done right.

My experience with Rick Ricker Termite and Pest Control Inc. went quite well. He told me when one of his workers would be here. They were. They did a thorough job. I have not used pest control in the house since we had it. So, I can't really compare them to anybody else. If I had been using anybody else, I could say, "Well, so and so did this and they didn't do this." But I don't have grounds for any comparison.

I've been using him for a couple of years and he's always good. They're great people.

Just want to start off with a little history on my termite problem... I purchased this home 4 years ago with extensive termite damage. The previous owners had never had the house treated and they owned it since the 60's. The home was built in 1950 and I'm pretty sure that it hadn't been treated at all until I came along. Little by little we've been repairing the ruined wood throughout the house. About 4 months after purchasing the home, I witnessed my first swarm. I called a co-worker who does pest control on the weekends with his father-in-law's business. They came over and gave me an estimate that was better than the other larger companies I had gotten estimates from, so I went with them. They sprayed with what they told me was Termidor. About 3 days later, I had a swarm. I was told that was normal because the termites were reacting to the disruption in the colony. About a month later I had another swarm. I called them back and they came out and sprayed again. Make a long story short, they came a total of 8 times over the course of 3 years. The swarms just got larger and scarier every time! I just imagined the house turning to saw dust like in the cartoons. I decided it was time to part ways with this other company because they were just not able to control this problem. I called Orkin and Terminix and they both gave me ridiculously high quotes that I simply couldn't afford, plus they had really rotten reviews online. Shortly after that, I joined Angie's List and found Rick Rickers Termite And Pest Control. The reviews said it all. I had an equally excellent experience with them! Tom came out and was very professional and took his time inspecting the house and listening to our horror stories about our termite from h*** problem. He told us exactly what he would do and even brought the cans of Termidor in so we could see the exact product that was going to be used, undiluted, directly from the manufacturers can. We decided to go ahead and schedule the treatment. Tom came out a couple of weeks later and did the job. He was excellent! He took his time and did everything he said he was going to do when he came out for the estimate. It was so nice to have the continuity of having the same person who inspected the home initially come back and do the work. He was so thorough and we haven't had a single live termite crawl on us to this day!!! I am so pleased with the professionalism and service this company has provided. I will continue to recommend them to my neighbors, friends and co-workers. A+++ company!

I had purchased the Angie's List Big Deal, but when I called to schedule I upgraded to the annual service. It was more expensive than my former pest control, but they had not been able to get rid of the swarming infestations of white footed ants that I had for the last 2 years despite numerous returns for more treatment. I waited this long to review because the swarming had occurred around late June/early July, and I wanted to make sure that they didn't return this year. Hallelujah, they have not returned!! I was very impressed by the thoroughness and time taken in treating my house. Chris Rees was the technician. He was very personable and professional. He spent 2 1/2 hours treating the interior and exterior of the house--treated the outside with 2 sprays, dusted inside the wall outlets in every room, dusted the attic space, treated cracks and crevices, baited under all the sinks, and treated all the windows and doors. He even wore shoe protectors to keep my carpet clean...a very nice touch! I am extremely pleased with the service and am glad to know that I can call back at any time during the year if I need re-treatment at no extra charge. As I said in the beginning, I felt that it was very expensive but, after seeing all that was done and having such good results, I feel that it was worth every penny.

We purchased an Angie's Deal for 50% of the typical price. Unfortunately we received pest control treatment commensurate with the amount we spent. The sugar ants never went away. Treating myself with Orkin bought from Home Depot. Fingers crossed.
