The job was superficial, at best. I expected more but was delivered less. The service person was at my house for less than 1/2 an hour. He sprayed around the house, failing to eradicate the very visible ants. No granular pesticide was applied contrary to the service agreement. The interior job was done completely at my direction. I expected some level of professional expertise i.e. knowledge of what and where to apply pesticides. I doubt very much that I would hire this company again.

I honestly was not home for the entire process; had an appt that could not be missed or re-scheduled. My neighbor was in the house, though I can't honestly say how many switchplates were removed/sprayed. I did have several and quot;kickersand quot; over the next few weeks (roaches kicking while on their backs) that I had not had before. Treatment didn't last very long either. My previous pest control was VERY effective and lasted at LEAST a year! But, she didn't remove switch plates either, so you decide.

Great service and very thorough. They spent several hours in the home making sure every area was covered. Several different treatments were applied and they were all natural which was nice. The only pesticide that wasnt was put in the interior walls out of the reach of kids and pets. I was very impressed with how much time and attention to detail they took. The asked about specific pest problems and took additional steps to treat and prevent the sugar ants that had recently appeared. Since the service we havent had any problems. I will plan to use them again on a yearly basis as recommended by their service.

From my observations Bill was very thorough in working in each area in the home and outside the home. Furthermore, he took care in each of the areas: any furniture, etc that needed to be moved was placed back into its original position. He took care when spraying, dusting, etc outside not to trample the plants, etc. He noticed some black ants on the eastern side of the home and utilized an additional agent to treat them. He treated the attic and, as a bonus, checked under the home and in the attic for any traces of termite activity and found none. Throughout both visits Bill was very professional in the way he was dressed,and conducted himself, the way in which he explained the service and its cost, and in carrying out the treatment. Though our home was not infested with various bugs, we had seen a roach or two and wanted to take preventive action. He indicated that we might see a roach or two within the next few days if any were hiding in the home, under it, or lurking in the vegetation near the home. He also made it clear, both during his initial visit and the treatment visit today, that if we see any pests that a call to Rick Ricker will bring a service technician, most likely him, right away to the premises.

We have NEVER had a pest control job done this thoroughly and extensively. We were impressed with the high number of holes they drilled in the patio, all around the concrete pool deck, our front entrance and driveway...AND...they NEVER skimped on product! Professional.

Call well ahead of timed to make appointment. They were very courteous and responsive. They offered to help with scheduling should there be a conflict. hen I inquired about safety and contraindications to products being used they were very professional and forthcoming in their response.

I do not want to write a long essay on the service. Suffice to say that whenever I will need pest control service I will use them. . Excellent service.

Person who arrived was very nice. I just felt that if hiring a pest company their pesticide should be more then just a spray can of solution. The ants were still there following the service. So I just decided to use a Home depot product and spray on my own. I'm satisfied with the results that way.

Bill the person who performed the work was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable . After digging a 3-5 in ditch along the perimeter he mixed and dispersed 60 gallons of Termador. If you do your homework, it's the best out there now. Will never go back to orkin and the bait installtion. Afterwards did an inspection of the house. Very highly recommendation. I can see why the company is expanding out of Tampa to include Orlando. They are good, and reasonably priced.

I have been using them for around three months and I have a one year contract with them. The technician who comes out to my house is not proactive. I have to point out all the wasp nests for him to knock down. I was out of town and my wife was complaining about the wasps. He came by and dropped off a wasp spray. I brought the issue up to the supervisor and he said they would try to be more proactive, I have not seen any change in this though. Their price was comparable to the other estimates I received. The owner and technician are both very nice. The other issue I have is the inconsistency in arriving on time or the date scheduled.

I have had numerous services in the past. Most of them were quire expensive, and this day and age, there is some money to be saved by doing it oneself. I was not happy with the initial visit in May, but they went out of their way to fix the issue. The owners son came out to fix the issue and spent 2 hours giving me the highest level of their service at no extra charge. I am very pleased with their work and handling of the whole situation. I plan to hire them for future needs.

We love Rick Ricker! Two weeks after buying our house in April 2012 and getting an and quot;all-clearand quot; from the pest company our realtor had chosen, we found frass in our bathroom and had a termite swarm in several areas of our house. Our pest control company referred us to Rick Ricker, and we couldn't be happier. This has been an ongoing problem, where termite activity has existed for roughly five years, but they have always responded promptly to our calls and treated the area thoroughly. They don't tent because it doesn't leave any residue behind, so termites could easily re-infest the house. And we are happy with that approach because we have pets and a child and prefer to keep chemicals as isolated as possible. They came out several times to make sure that the colony was eradicated, treated a couple of pieces of our furniture that had termites from the previous owners, and came out again after we renewed our bond and had a swarm this summer. Once to treat the swarm, again to treat a different area, and a third time to check up and make sure there was no activity. Termites stink and they're a huge problem around here, especially in our house, it seems, but Rick Ricker does everything they can to snuff them out, and they do it with expertise and commitment.

He called to confirm appt time, called before he arrived, explained everything to me in detail and was cautious of the kids and animals

The technician arrived onetime and was very thorough in his treatment of termite presence in our attic and pesticide treatment throughout our home. The treatments were very effective and the technician was knowledgable, professional and was very attentive to the job he was performing to ensure we were satisfied with our service.

The preventative service was effective. The company performed the service at the prearranged time and completed it in a punctual manner. The service technician was courteous. I purchased the service due to the Angies list discount and positive reviews.

I used an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it is not something I would purchase again from this particular company. I might try from another company, but it did not resolve anything. I did not really have a big problem and I think it helped escalate the problem. It did not help and it was basically, kind of like me going to Home Depot, getting a spray and spraying inside my house. They did the work about a week after I purchased the Big Deal. They offered me a $299 deal package, but since it did not help within a week I decided not to go for that. The person who came out was really nice, but I was not impressed with the product.

Mr. Ricker was great and couldn't be better. I have had years of experience with pest control and he is by far the best.
