I found them to be punctual, courteous and efficient. Their price was competitive and the treatment has been effective. I plan to use them again in the future.

They dug a furrow around the house and applied termite control chemicals. I was unhappy with my previous termite company for their high pressure sales techniques. They would have charged me more than double what Rick Ricker did. This was an Angie's List half price offer.

Have used Rick Ricker for about 8 years, starting 2004. Unlike the previous company which put bait traps all around the house, Rick used Termidor, and left no visible trace of his work. He comes out once a year to inspect for termite activity, and there has never been any. He offers an interior pest contract which we did not use until 2012, when carpenter ants were discovered. Initial termite treatment was $200/year, has gone up to $227/year. General household pest control is $350/yr.

They came out on time. He treated the infestation locally and followed up in a month to make sure that everything was clear. I now have an annual contract with them. They also gave me an Angie's List discount!

We coordinated termite treatment through Donna at Rick Rickers, who was always pleasant, informative, and helpful. They provided free estimate after inspecting our home, we agreed to terms and schedule, and on treatment day they were on-time, professional, and thorough. They also scheduled a free 30 day post-treatment inspection to ensure their work solved the problem. We now have an annual contract with them and I would recommend to anyone for pest control services.

Swept the outside for webs and mud nest and sprayed and put granular pest control, then came inside and sprayed they spend from 30 to 40 minutes and do a great job also take care of any extra issues that I have.

I noticed funny/odd noises in my attic. I called them and they responded quickly and came and inspected my attic. After the inspection they told me about the problem and then quoted me a fee for removal and how they would handle the removal. This was an extensive procedure where they came to the house every couple of days to monitor traps and remove anything that was caught. This went on for several weeks until I no longer heard noises in my attic. Throughout the procedure Ricker was responsive, easily reachable and professional. On the first day they found the source of the problem and helped me to "plug the whole" and efficiently took care of the problem.

It is for a rental condo and my tenant is totally pleased with their service. In two years, she never seen a living bug in the condo.

After finding termite frass in one room of my house, I contacted Rick Ricker who promptly sent out one of their technicians Bill to the property to evaluate the issue and recommend treatment. Bill was extremely professional, did a thorough inspection and identified the source of the problem. It would be very easy to prey on a homeowner's fear when it comes to termites, but Bill was very straight forward in assessing what we needed to do, but more importantly he did not try to and quot;up selland quot; any huge widespread expensive treatments. We scheduled a localized foam treatment for the next week when he returned and applied the treatment. The company offers a one year warranty on their treatments as well should I see a recurrence. Overall, Bill and Rick Ricker made a stressful situation as smooth as possible, highly recommend them for anyone with a termite issue in search of an honest and professional opinion/remedy.

They did good work for me. I found their services on Angie's List and have been using them for about 3-4 years. They do not use any harmful chemicals. They come out once a year. They treat around the house. The technicians are very thorough and responsive. They will come out for emergencies if needed. I like that they are flexible with scheduling.

Everything went well. I have not had any issues since their first visit. They called me after the work was done to follow up. The technician was very good as well. He explained what the contract covered and every insect that could be a problem. He was just very thorough with everything. The tech treated inside, outside and even blew into the electrical sockets to get behind the drywall. Overall, this was a good experience.

Since they are a pest control company and I did not keep an eye on them, I can only say they the job as described. The man who came was courteous and professional. Basically we hardly spoke. I went about my business as he did his job. They did the job about a year ago. I mean he came he sprayed he left. Yes I would use them again if I were to use a pest control service.

The treatment was normal pest control maintenance. We did have ants coming in, but since he was out, we have not seen any ants. He treated inside and outside of the house. He also did a full termite treatment for preventative measures. The technician was super friendly and did a good job. He was very thoughtful in explaining the work he was doing. I had no issues with the treatments they used; they were eco-friendly. This was just a good overall experience. I would give them an A+!

They were fine. They went under the house, treated the soil and checked for any damage. They also did a general pesticide treatment as well and if anything comes back, they will come and spray again for free. Getting this appointment was easy to set up. They sent out one technician and he was able to get everything done in one day.

Everything worked out well. They showed up and did everything they needed done. I have not had to have them come out since. This included interior preventative spray. I believe termites were covered. This was very easy to set up. They came out within a couple of days of calling. The technician was very friendly and did not take long at all for the work to be done.

I called at 9:00 a.m. Made an appointment for 10:30 am same day. Dave came early at 10:00 which made me very happy. He explained everything he was going to do to eliminate my problem. He came prepared because his receptionist asked what the problem was so he would have everything he needed. We agreed on the price and he went to work. Was in and out in 1/2 hour. Very pleased!!!

Applications went well. Prompt service. Professional tech. Explained process prior to inspections and applications. Post application, explained again findings and the coverage of the 1 yr. warranty, as well as annual reapplications. Explained that there was no evidence of subterranian termite but advised look out for certain signs of investation.

Rick Ricker service technician arrived on time and sprayed throughout my house and outside of the house. The technician was very courteous and professional and answered all of my questions. They did a 7 day follow-up as promised and my tick problem was resolved.

Called to get an estimate the service tech arrived promptly at the appointed time and explained the services they could provide and the cost. I scheduled the service to be done the next day and the service technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time and performed the service. I found both David and Warren to be very courteous and professional. They answered all of my questions and I am very happy with the service performed.
