remove every switchplate. very meticulous. I have outside openings for pest control, but they prefer to do it manually as it gives them more control. I had an issue with ants in the kitchen and they came right out to fix the problem.

Performed once annual pest control for entire house in late March. Called back when I saw a few bugs in July. They came out immediately to re-treat. Haven't seen any since.

We paid Rick Ricker for the initial service and he came back several times over three weeks to rebait and remove critters. The rats were still coming into the house and they did nothing to prevent that. We hired another company and they charged us the same amount, went around the house and closed off all entry points, set traps and had the house cleaned out in one week. Have not had a problem since.....oh yeah, Rick Rickers traps are still sitting in front of our house. They are about to be tossed into the trash, so come and get them.

They sprayed for ants. Rick Ricker is the only pest control company I use. They are always prompt, work hard, and know what they are doing.o

The comment that he made was and quot; this chemical spray will not kill the bugs-it is designed to and quot;driveand quot; them out.and quot; Well when he said that originally I thought he meant - drive them out of the house... BUT what I got instead - was he managed to drive the bugs that were hiding in the cabinets and walls out onto my kitchen cabinets and around my food canisters and even into the cat food. I have put down roach/bug/ant containers and even spraying in all the cabinets but to no avail. I think what he meant was that it and quot;drove them all outand quot; just long enough for them to invite all their friends and relatives and return in droves !!! Now everything is over run and I can't go into most of the household rooms without their being somewhere. I am very displeased with the service and would not use them again.

It was about 5 days before they could schedule a visit after my call. The day of the treatment they were on time and professional. A few days later they came back and rechecked the Carpenter Ant area and re-sprayed. I can call them for additional treatments anytime during the year.

This was after a local Termite company with whom I had a service contract failed to stop the infestation. I had a huge problem with sugar ants..Rick Ricker and his team were determined to help me with this problem... It took three visits and the problem was solved!!!! I signed up for a maintenance plan with them....

Treated for termites, they did a great job. Did not like the fact that they had a sales person come out then had to schedule a technician, would have preferred to have it all done at once.

Communication was good. Response time was great. Came back right away a week or so later when we reported that there were still some roaches and he sprayed kitchen again. Bugs had slowed down to a crawl so could catch them. Now we are bug free!! He will check back in six months. Would definitely have him come back again as he took care of the bug problem.

This is the renewal price for both the dry wood and subterranean. If there are any issues or reoccurrences, they will respond free of charge. I have had issues in the past three years, but not this year. I also use them for my annual pest contract. They are great.
