He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He explained the many facets their company offers in terms of pest control. I was very happy with them; however, my fiance decided to tent the house so unfortunately we went with another local company. I will definitely use Rick Ritter Pest Control in the future.

We saw an immediate reduction of sugar ants, but couple weeks later we still had sugar ants. We called for a repeat visit and they came out and re-treated. Their staff was always on time, polite and professional. Unfortunately we still see some here and there but no where near as bad as they use to be. That's probably just part of living in Flordia.

And they have done a great job for me. They are very pleasant from the initial phone call to the actual application of the work, knowledgeable, and most willing to return if necessary just to make sure the problem has been resolved. I have recommended them to many others, and I also use them at my place of business.

Dont remember what all they did but the good part of me reporting 7 months after the treatment was done is that I can say it is still working. I used to have monthly spraying because I thought that is what I needed to keep my home free from bugs. It didn't keep my home free from bugs. Now, with this yearly service, I rarely ever see a bug. Very, very happy with the service.

Our situation is not the usual. Our garage has a pump house attached with the well right there, and this was the building that actually had termites. So, there are rules about not treating for termites near a well. We had discussed this with at least one other pest control guy who gave bad advice and showed little interest in the job. I checked with Angie's List and liked the looks of Rick Ricker Termite and Pest Control because it had an A rating, lots of reviews, was close enough to where I live and specialized in termites. The owner's son Chris came out and checked the house, garage and one other building. There was obvious evidence of termites in the garage, and he explained how he was going to treat it without it being an issue for the well. It sounded like a common sense approach to me (unlike the approach discussed with the other pest control guy we had spoken to). We decided to go with the full package, treating the garage and also preventive treatment for the house and other building and signing up for them to return next year and inspect for termites again. There is a charge for the inspection next year, but if termites are found, they treat for free. I liked Chris Ricker. He had a good attitude and seemed well informed. Of course, this is a situation where you can't really know until time has passed, but I feel confident in his work.

Terminix always tracked and dripped the spray all over my wood floor and i would have to go around on hands and knees cleaninig it. rick ricker will come back out if any pests reappear within the year of servixce for free. the price was comparable to Terminix and the results much much better. my stepdad had used him years ago and recommended him for my palmetto bug issue.

The sales and service people were very nice but I felt the price was high. The service was for indoor and outdoor and it was an annual fee with a one time application of pesticide. I did have to call them to come back due to finding bugs after about 3 months.

I called Rick Ricker to treat for termites,a third garage I was having built. We are under contract for termite control with them. They were wonderful about coming out immediately and treating the foundation free of charge.

they arrived on time - very neat - priced very competitively but their services were 11 out of ten. I later had them service my mother's home for insect control and termites - another excellent experience. I highly recommend them. I have had rental property for the last 35 years. I wish I had discovered them sooner.

We found a subterranean termite infestation in our home while we were having an area of hardwood flooring replaced. We called the company and Bill Leavens came out within a couple of hours. He was very thorough, explained everything, as we were in panic mode by this time; thinking that the house was going to fall down around us. Bill was very patient, and educated us on the process. He was great, very friendly and professional. He started spraying the same day to the exposed areas of wood, and actually called the office to see when he could schedule the comprehensive treatment, which happened to be the next day. The entire process went well, and the company has returned to spray during our renovation. We were very pleased and will continue to have the company maintain our home.

Took 30 min. Cost was high for time spent, but results over past year have been very good - Only a few bugs, mostly during past 2 months - needed reapplication.
