This year we are very disappointed in them. They come but they are getting very slack about the way they do stuff. They don't do things the way they used to. They keep raising their prices. They used to throw all the bugs and mosquitoes and everything. I used to brush off that outside of the house. They used to fill up this rodent traps and they don't do that anymore. If we wanted that done, they will charge us more, seems like they are getting too big. They are just not giving us the service that we are satisfied with. Last year, we have to call them out twice because we still have bugs and everything. They fixed it but we have to call them out. I am just not generally pleased. They said they are not going to do this kind of pest control, they are going to do a different kind, and they are not going to use the traps and the stuff they use for termites, change this and change that. We are just not happy. If we change, it will cost us even more. It almost cost us $1200 just to get another pest control guy in here. Every year they raise their prices too. They did come out when they said they would.

The technician came out and sealed the home and set two traps in the attic. He stated that as part of the fee they would be out regularly to check traps and move them as needed to address the problem. Within 2 weeks of the service all of the entry points they were supposed to have sealed were open again. When we called to notify them of the issue we were told that the technician was no longer working there. A supervisor came out to the property and resealed the entry points but no one has followed up since. We paid for a service that has not removed a single animal from our property and effectively a can of GreatStuff to be sprayed at 4 points in our soffiting. If I had known this is what the service would be would not have paid so much for someone else to do it.

I have no complaints with them. They answered the problem. They showed up on time and did what they had to do.

They arrived a little ahead of schedule and were courteous and thorough with with entire job. I especially appreciated the fact that they covered their boots to do the inside inspection. I am very pleased and would recommend them to anyone.

They did termite and flying ants treatment. They came on time, attentive and they will come back to take care for some other related issues. I would recommend this as an alternative tenting for termites and the cost is approximately half.

We found a few termites wings in one room, and asked some companies to come and give us a quote. Rick Ricker gave us response quickly, and explained everything clearly and patiently. It seems to us they are professional and finally we choose them. One technician guy came on that Saturday, and worked totally for more than 3 hours. He treated the two tubs on the first floor first, and then went out to treat the outside walls of the house. But unfortunately, it rained heavily after he left, we don't know whether it may not be good for the treatment. The technician told us that someone will come back to have a second check in a month, and we'll tell them about it. And I may update the review when they come back.

They are making considerable progress but I seem to still have some German roaches. They do come promptly whenever I call.

Sales person showed up on time and was professional. Honored an Angie's list discount even though I did not have the coupon. Price was good compared to others and much better than a tent solution that had been proposed by another company. Tech was on time, knew what he was doing and was very careful about keeping things clean. All total the job took about 2/3 hours with most of the time spent spraying in the attic. I have not seen any new termite sign or damage.

They do a very thorough job annually. If you should have any problems after the initial treatment, they will return without further charge, to address the problem and treat as needed. I have used them for a number of years and continue to be happy with them and the service they provide. They will readily address any problems or concerns or questions. They were a great help in ridding my garage of a wayward, pregnant field rat and her brood of 3!!!!! I think there was an extra charge for that.....but well worth it!! Since I have used them for a number of years, I cannot honestly assess the pricing factor.....I have made no comparisons.

Their service is very effective. If we spot pests through the year, they are good about coming out to re-treat at no charge. This greatly reduces the number of times we have to stay home to meet the pest control technician, which is a savings to us. We have been their customer for 3 years now, and plan to continue.

Very nice, tech was very friendly and did a great job. I have had no problems with insects, I have used Rick Ricker for 9 years and will also continue when I relocate. Highly recommend them!

Warren arrived early and started the inspection. He was very theral and informative in what he was doing and why. The inspection produced evidence of termite active. Warren took the time to explain my alternatives and the methods that would be used if I choose to have the house treated. He was'nt pushy trying to sell the service, he just kept it real. Great!! They came over after their hours and they search my attic for that dead rat but they couldn't find it and they didn't charge me anything for it.

Came to do initial service with thru the wall treatments. Then quarterly,

Company is based in Lutz, I live in Miami Beach, and most of its employees are non-Miami Dade County based. They therefore have a long morning drive necessary to arrive at their scheduled Miami-Dade destinations. Service agents did call on time when they were running late, of the 3 visits so far, all scheduled for 9 AM, service person arrived on time the first time, but 15 and 45 minutes late the 2nd and 3rd time, respectively, but like I said they did call at 9 AM to advise that they were running late due to traffic issues. Once there, service people were very efficient and helpful. We had bad smell in the house for a few days after mouse died, had to wait a few days longer due to the fact not all service agents visit the County every single day. Overall we are satisfied with the service performed, and the professionalism of the service agents was very high.

Showed up on time and stand begins tier work. When we saw some bugs in the house I killed them and kept them to shoe Rick. I called and said we had bigs before the year was up , they scheduled an appointment came out retreated and we have been big free since.

Service was excellent as was in past contacts. I would recommend Rick Ricker to any of my neighbors.

Been with rick Ricker for a few years and very happy with their service and professiolism..

House was a rental, I wasn't there to judge their work. I am still using them annually to do preventive termite treatment.
