When the man came back, he admitted that there was nothing done in the attic. I just want to be sure we don't have any carpenter ants or termites. The price was good and they did come out and redo the attic.

We had 3 companies come in and give us estimates. All the charges were in the same range. We chose this company because they only come once a year and do everything. They started in the attic and treated the entire house, including the base of the house outside. They did the soffits and took down all the critters (except the spiders, which I asked him to leave). He removed the light switches on the walls and treated inside the walls. If we see any bugs within the year, they will come back at no additional charge. There was slight odor after the treatment but it was gone within 24 hours. November 2015: We cancelled this company's service after having them out 3 subsequent times because there were bugs in the house. Each time I called they did come out quickly, though.

The service was okay. I do not know if it really helped or it was just the season. The cost went a little over the $75 Big Deal purchase price. I would not recommend paying that much for a service. They spray and then, they spray like sliding glass doors and windows and leave a mess all over the windows. I think their cut-off limit was 2,000 square-feet and on our property is a bit above it so they charged me more.

They were a little bit tardy. They showed up a half hour late. Initially they said I was not in their service area. The work that was done was good.

Very professional, punctual, courteous. Know their stuff. Treated for silverfish (as well as inside and outside overall insect prevention) and we haven't seen any silverfish since then. Were honest in describing limitations of treating for spiders on outside lanai.

We just purchased this home and when we looked at it prior to purchasing, there were dead palmetto bugs and roaches evident. We are from upstate NY and have never lived in a home with any type of bugs (maybe the occasional spider in the fall), so we set up an appointment with Rick Ricker for the day we moved in. Reggie arrived ahead of time and was very thorough. He answered all my questions about the roaches and ants, did an inspection, and then treated the house. We did not see any live roaches in the home but did find some dead ones for him to inspect. We also had noticed a few ants in the kitchen area so he did some extra work there. He told us to call if we have any further problems - and believe me I will as roaches just absolutely freak me out! I also had a question about their service prior to booking this appointment and was immediately put through to the owner, Rick Ricker, who very competently answered my question. The people in the office I have dealt with have been efficient and polite. (PS - I had given them my incorrect address - 5901 rather than the correct 5601 - but they caught that and called me to correct it prior to the inspection.)

The service went pretty well. They were really good and very attentive. When we still had a couple of bugs, they came back out with no problems within like 24 or less than 48 hours. There was an additional cost to the Big Deal. It was a little pricey, but it is what it is. I was never here when they came, but pretty much my mom says that whenever they said they are going to be here, they were here. They were good. I would use them again in the future if the price is right.

Your doctor took a look at my back and told me I had bedbugs. After meeting with the folks at Rick Ricker they advised me that I in fact didn't have bedbugs or dust mites which was a huge relief.

Everything went great. Reggie was on time, explained what he was going to do, and finished in a timely manner. Price is for annual pest control and 2 termite warranties, reflects discount for paying early.

Excellent! I was really surprised at the attention to detail and how thorough they were. They paid so much more attention to detail than any other pest service that I had in the past. Since their treatment I have seen no bugs whatsoever. We were extremely pleased with this service.

The tech came out a couple of times to treat for bugs in the walls and through the windows. The bugs are not as bad as they used to be. He sprayed something in the outlet and helped take care of the bugs in the wall. We have a significant bug problem since the house was originally not being maintained.

It was okay. They just came one time. They were fine. There was no problem. I only needed them once. They offered to come back if I needed. They fulfilled their obligation. They came out. There were no additional charges. There were less bugs. They did what they were supposed to do. That's a good thing. I thought it was fair.

Reggie arrived on time and provided excellent service. He was polite, knowledgable and thorough. He took the time to explain all of the options and the treatment. He and his co-worker were respectful throughout the treatment period and performed an excellent job at an attractive price. I would recommend them highly.

David Ricker who had been to the house a number of times before showed up on time for our appointment. He asked how it had gone since the last visit. My explanation was that there had been no major insect activity.. My house backs to a nature preserve and there are a lot of bugs in the area. Overall I am pleased with the level of service that I have received from Rick Ricker Pest Control.

David was exactally on time for apt, he did our annual Pest control we had an issue with German Roaches in Kitchen which he explained to me were pretty hard to get rid of I though he was very professional, and friendly, I have been using Rick Ricker for quite a few years, I think they do a great job and I would highly recomend

The treatment was presumptive and it covered one year warranty. Offered after a year a limited retreat agreement for the second year would be $200.

I called their office and scheduled an appointment to come out and inspect my house. An hour later they called and said that no one in their office had spoken with me and no one was able to come out. The lady I talked to was not sympathetic and did nothing to try and help solve this discrepancy. I gave detailed information of the time I called, no one claimed they spoke to me. The number was the same. Very unprofessional and rude

Everything went very well and they were nice people. They did the job and it was reasonably inexpensive. He only had to come out one time and as of right now it we are pest free. My only problem was the distance they had to drive to get to me. It may have been a better option to go with a local person, but I wanted to go with someone that was recommended by Angie’s List.
