Description of Work: When we moved to Florida and bought our house, Rick Ricker set up a termite program for us. They examine the house every year to ensure there are no termites. They are very professional and personable. We will continue to use them.

Description of Work: "Yearly service. They swept under the eaves and killed a few wasp nests. Treated the outside of house paying attention to carpenter ants. |Had trouble with ghost ants which the tech took time to locate the source and treat the problem. Another tech came out 5 days later to check to see if the ghost ants were taken care of. There was no sign of them. Both techs were very professional and answered any questions or concerns I had."

Description of Work: Sprayed in and around house. Decided to try this technique prior to tenting. 2 months later after seeing what I thought was a termite they came back within 24 hours. Turned out not to be one but he spot treated just because he was there.

Description of Work: We had them coming to provide termites prevention. Between the time the inspection was done and the appointment was set, we had termites coming to our house and Rick Ricker came to start the services. Since our house was build over 60 years ago, it was many spots to hide. This company provided was a great job. He called them for a second visit. The provider was great. The customer service is extremly professional. We definately recomend their services.

Description of Work: The Rick Ricker service person came to provide the annual insect/pest protection, including carpenter ants and termites, for the house and the yard. The fee is the annual maintenance fee, as the original service was provided the prior year. They spray exterior of house and inside of the house they remove all reachable light fixture plates and electrical plates and spray or place the insecticide within . . .if you see pests within the year they will return and retreat. The service person was professional, on time and pleasant. The only reason I didn't give him an A rating was that he left grease or smear marks on some of the light switch plates and chipped paint in the area of the light switch plates. Our plates are the Lutron type that do not have screws that are visible, you snap them on and off . . . obviously more difficult to remove and replace than one would think. A few of the plates were crooked so my husband spent the evening going around making sure the plates had been properly reinstalled. Almost all were properly reinstalled . . . there were five that were problematic. I would use this company again because they are easy to schedule, they show up when they say they will, theyunderstand and answer my questions and the product they use seems to work pretty well. I have seen a few insects recently so I will have to call to schedule a retreat by their technician.

Due to impending expiration of offer and the fact that I couldn't reach anyone because it was Sunday, I went ahead and signed up. I figured if offer did not apply I could apply the $450 to work about to be done by provider; didn't realize the money goes to Angie's first.
