The company conducted an extremely meticulous search of my house for termites and identified drywood termites in several locations. They treated the wood with Tim-Bor and other products to kill the pests and prevent them from coming back. (Through research, I had discovered that this solution was superior to tenting except in extreme cases, since tenting does not prevent re-infestation). The inspector and the rest of the staff were very passionate about their work and went out of their way to answer questions. Highly recommended.

Termites appear to have been eradicated and the treatment for the common household pests worked really well. Technician also told me that as soon as I have my home's exterior painted, call them, and they'll return to spray the exterior again, no charge. Technicians were prompt and professional. They were also very knowledgeable about the insect critters invading my home and were very happy to answer my questions.

Darien made three trips to my residence. One for an estimate, one for the termite treatment and a third after 30 days to inspect for any signs of termites. He was exactly on time right to the minute on each visit. A very pleasant surprise. He was very personable, knowledgeable and thorough. And so far no signs of termites. I was assured they would come back if I had any more problems. I will definitely continue to use this company.

Richard came to the house and explained their procedures. We had a general household control service completed 7/27/2015 & a subterranean termite control preventative completed 8/6/2015. Both technicians were excellent. They were prompt, knowledgeable, courteous & hard workers. Inside work was a clean operation. Chris wore protective coverings on his shoes. Result no clean up for us. He also spotted outside ants. Followed up with a call inquiring about the results. They have not returned. Outside work was outstanding. Darien left no digging marks. Will definitely use their program on an annual renewal. Very pleased with the results & company. .

It's going great. So far, everything is good. We were covered for a year so we just call them whenever we see any pest and they come in and re-spray.

I would recommend them. They are thorough, they come out and do the inside and out. They guarantee their work, I haven't had any bugs and if I see them I can always call them back.

REVIEW UPDATE: On Monday morning, July 20th, the office Manager and owner called to remedy the situation and send out the Vice President to come out to the field and remedy the situation. The professionalism, courtesy, respect and professionalism with which my issue was addressed was first class. Thus the update of my review. The Vice President heard my concerns about the rodent issue and immediately was able to calm my fears with his very competent knowledge for my home's specific situation. I am extremely pleased with the fact that they did their best to correct the dilemma. I strongly believe in second chances and I will keep doing business with them. I've contracted with Rick Ricker Termite & Pest Control for the past ten years and am very happy with their service. They've always been very responsive, professional and done a great job.

Nothing they could have done differently.

I was enrolled with Rick Ricker for a 1 year service contract, mainly because we were getting a lot of ants. The treatments they did were effective against the occasional roach and silver fish but the ants kept coming right up till the end of the contract period. The standard treatment they kept repeating was not working. After I really pushed them to find a better solution, they sent someone else who recognized that I had crazy ants and after a little internet research on my part, we figured out they were a newer species that didn't respond to normal methods. Once that was determined they were easily eradicated with a termite treatment. Ironically, I just discovered that I have termites but when I called Rick Ricker I was told that they are at capacity in my area and can't take any new clients, even though I've been a customer for the past year. I'm surprised and extremely disappointed to find such a lack of customer loyalty.

Your pest control agent arrived on time. He was friendly, informative and thorough. He never forgot to use shoe covers. I will always use your company for my pest control needs. I have recommended your company to several friends looking for prompt and thorough pest control at a reasonable price. I will continue to do so.

They are wonderful. They are a bit expensive but they do a real good job. I had four different company's they came here sprayed like for ten minutes and they were gone. These guys went up to the attic and put 15 gallons of spray. I have a contract with them, they will come back and won't charge me anything.

Actually I have used Rick Ricker Termite & Pest Control Inc. I got them last year. The customer service is very good. The owner's son came out and was really knowledgeable. I wasn't here, my wife was and he explained everything. It wasn't like a hard sell or anything like that. He took the time to explain everything. I believe I came across this provider through Angie's List. I don't have anything bad to say. When they came out the first time and serviced the house, it was getting pretty close towards the end of the year contract and I had to have them come out again because I have like a one spot where bugs come in and they came out and took care of it, no fuss, no mess. I would definitely give them an 'A' overall.

We have been using Rick Ricker I think since 1997 and I have to say this year was by the far the best service we have ever had. It all began with the phone call to schedule the appointment. The ladies in the office did a wonderful job at answering all my questions regarding our termite service (and there were a few calls). We have good service technicians in the past but this year Mike Hall did an outstanding job! Mike did the most through and extensive treatment we have ever had. He took his time and got into every nick and cranny and when it was all over explained everything he had done. Great job in every aspect this year!! Thanks MIke and ladies in the office...great job.

RR sent a representative out to give me a quote. This was probably the only downside of the experience. The rep did a poor job of writing out the quote making it unclear what I was expected to pay. He also diagnosed one of my pest problems differently from the actual exterminator who came out later to spray. This caused a price adjustment at time of service. That being said, everyone was friendly, and the prices seemed reasonable. Rick Ricker came as a referral from a friend who was very happy with them. The exterminators were polite and easy to work with. Their availability was also fairly flexible. Since coming out, I have had them return once (annual guarantee that pests will not return). Since then, I have seen almost nothing. If I do, I am confident they will come out again without issue. The initial rep aside, my only warning here is to make sure that your quote is written out professionally. If it is not absolutely clear and professionally written, tear it up and make them give you a new one. So far so good, I will definitely continue to use Rick Ricker.

Richard (with Rick Ricker Termite & Pest Control)) came out and conducted a brief inspection and gave an estimate. He was very professional and answered all questions very thoroughly. He was extremely polite and very professional. We scheduled the service with Rick Ricker Termite Control after getting a few other quotes. Darien was our service tech who came out to do the work. He, too, was very polite and took much of his time answering all our questions and very thoroughly explained everything he was doing. During his service, the spray nozzle on the hose broke and he was unable to continue, so we rescheduled him to continue the work for another day. About an hour after he had left, he called to say he was able to repair the nozzle and asked if he could come back to continue his work, and that's what he did. He seems very dedicated to his work and takes pride in what he does and goes out of the way to please his customers. We were very impressed with our service and the price seemed reasonable. We will continue our termite control agreement with this company.

This company does an excellent job. If you have bug problems they are the right people to call.

The company has been great to work with from the beginning all the way through. When we initially called they were very informative, professional, and reassuring. They were not high pressure. They came out within a few days and were accurate in the time they quoted. If they were even a few minutes off they called to let us know. They understood the problem and had a plan of attack which was thoroughly explained. All questions were patiently answered. The price seemed reasonable for the time spent and the results thus far. A significant infestation is now under control. They did not stop coming back until the problem was taken care of. What a relief. I should add that we have dealt primarily with Reggie who has been a joy to work with.

It went excellent! The young men that came out (Reggie and Raymond) were extremely curteous, professional and clean. I was very pleased with them.

This was a follow up visit from a package deal I purchased back in July. It included as many revisits as necessary. So far I have had these exterminators over about three times. Every time they have come to the house the technician has always been very nice, professional, punctual, respectful of me and my home, and very courteous. Twice before the technician was Hernando. This visit on 4/14/15 was Raymond. Very nice young man. He was very thorough of his inspection of the trouble areas I reported. Seems this company takes the time to really find excellent workers who are a true asset. I'd recommend this company anytime. Thanks Raymond!

This is the third year we have had Rick Ricker Termite & Pest come and treat our home for nuisance pests (non-termite). We have been very happy that we have not seen bugs since the first treatment in 2013. We had some minor ant and roach concerns previous to their first visit, but nothing since! We have never had to call them back before the annual treatment, so responsiveness has not been a concern. They are alway very pleasant and professional to deal with in scheduling and during treatment.
