+ -1 moreI hired someone to do two cleanings & maintenance for our air conditioner. I gave him the check for both the first day I got the cleaning in August. In February I was due for another cleaning and I had never heard back from them so I called all the numbers I had on file for them and never heard back. Apparently he left a lot of people with only one of their services done. Eventually they called US to update their cliental in June. We told them they owed us a cleaning and she said she would get back to us. Once again I never heard back so I emailed them about needing my second cleaning and she immediately called me back. She said she would schedule it on the day that I asked. They never came on that day and I have yet to hear back from them.
Description of Work: He was supposed to do some cleaning on our air filters.
