I would rate this company with a 0 star but the option is not available. I worked with this company for weeks choosing the right pool heater and even had propane gas line installed only for Luis, the owner, to cancel my heater install the day of scheduled install appointment. I found a company that will install the same heater for $250 cheaper with same 5 year warranty. Do NOT waste your time with this company, as there are many other companies who will value your business. This is huge because the warranty is most important, you want a company and its representatives that you can trust for years to come as you enjoy your pool. Do yourself a favor and find a different company.

Luis did an excellent job. We had two older pumps for our pool. One for the pool and one for the hot tub. He replaced both with ONE variable speed pump that runs everything perfectly with much more energy efficiency. Our older basic Hayward automation was not working well so he replaced it with a new Omni Logic system. The new system works perfectly from our smartphone from anywhere (which is exactly what we wanted). Now we can turn on our hot tub before we get home. Luis knows exactly what he is doing and this is hard to find in the pool business.

We have now used Pinnacle Pool & Spa several times. This June our pump needed a repair. Pinnacle was on time and able to order parts as needed. The price was fair and competitive. We will continue to use Pinnacle.
